Post-22 Training and Employment for Disabled Adults
Providing training, employment and community integration opportunities for disabled adults.

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Meet my amazing friend Christine, visionary and non-profit entrepreneur of Post 22, a training and education center for disabled adults, located at Bay State Commons in Westborough. We got an eye opening tour of this truly beautiful facility today, alongside superb coffee served by their own "Ben's Beans" team ☕️
I strongly encourage you to visit during their community coffee hours on Thursdays and Fridays, which is free and open to everyone (of course you wouldn't leave without a donation ☺️)

Also, you might even spot a familiar piece or two from the good old Pecorino Cheese Shop 🥹

When adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities turn 22, they age out of school-based services — and for many families, that means a sudden loss of structure, community, and purpose overnight. Post-22 (@post_22inc) is a Massachusetts human services provider that fills the gap by providing ongoing training, meaningful internships, and real employment opportunities, so adults over 22 can keep growing, contributing, and belonging to a community.

What an incredible first workout with our friends @post_22inc!

This group brought so much energy and light into our gym and to our coaches. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of training together and what it means to be part of an uplifting community.

Post-22 is a nonprofit organization based in Westborough, MA, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities after they age out of school-based services (22+). Founded by Christine Simpson, a mom determined to create meaningful opportunities for her son and others, Post-22 is built on the belief that every adult deserves dignity, purpose, and community.

We’re fortunate to support that mission in our own small way.

See you next week gang!

To everyone in our community who dined with us, donated, or simply cheered us on, a big thank you from all of us at Brio 33! Because of your support, we were able to give back to incredible local organizations that work every day to strengthen the common good and deepen community connection right here where we live. 💙

This initiative reminded us why we opened our doors in the first place: to be more than a place to eat, but a welcoming gathering place for our community.

From all of us at Brio 33, thank you for showing up and helping make our neighborhood a little brighter. ✨

Here’s to carrying that spirit of generosity forward, together.

⏰ This week’s hours:
Monday–Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday–Thursday: 11am–8pm
Friday–Saturday: 11am–9pm
Sunday: 10am–8pm (Sunday Brunch 🍳 10am–2pm)

💙 Fridays @post_22inc mean coffee, music, and community. Their training café Ben’s Beans serves coffee brewed with love and a purpose — but the real magic is the people.

I’ve known Julia since she was little. She communicates through both sign language and AAC — and October is AAC Awareness Month, which makes celebrating her voice feel even more meaningful. 🌟

Swipe to see the café, the music 🎶, and Julia signing her song — but trust me, she’s the star. ✨

📍 Post 22, 1300 Union Street, Westborough
⏰ Open Mondays 9:30–12:30 + Fridays 1:00–2:30 (with live music!)

Everyone, I am so flippin excited!

I had the absolute pleasure of attending an incredible event at @post_22inc today.

There was the feeling of warmth, community, and purpose that filled the space.

There’s truly something special about this place!

You can feel the love and intention poured into every detail. It’s more than a venue, it’s a community hub, and I truly couldn’t have envisioned a better home for the upcoming Integrative Health Speaker Series!

Purely Present Health is launching the Integrative Health Speaker Series this October in Westborough. I am bringing together women’s health experts for in-person panel conversations, offering thoughtful dialogue through the lens of integrative and functional health.

More details are coming soon—but for now, just know something meaningful is taking shape in the community for women, and I’d love for you to be a part of it!

Join the mailing list to stay in the loop on upcoming events, speakers, ticket sales, and more, link in bio 🔗

Can’t wait to welcome you in October!

Southborough & Westborough—you showed up with the BEST questions! 🌟

We heard you loud and clear:
💭“Is reformer fitness for me?”

💭“I’m looking for something joint-friendly—can btone help?”
