🌿 ᴡʜᴇʀᴇ ᴛʜᴇ ᴘᴀᴛʜ ғᴏʀɢᴇᴛs ʏᴏᴜʀ ɴᴀᴍᴇ

The deeper you walk into the jungle,
the less the world makes sense in the usual way.

Directions slowly disappear.
North, south, left, right none of it feels important anymore.
Because in the heart of the forest, meaning is no longer found on a map…
it is felt in silence, in instinct, in every breath beneath the canopy.

The jungle has its own language.
Sometimes confusing.
Sometimes mysterious.
But somehow, it always teaches you how to move forward.

Along the journey, the forest quietly offers small treasures to those willing to notice them.
Wild leaves for cooking, fresh herbs hidden beside the trail, fallen wood for warmth, water flowing softly through unseen streams.

Simple things.
Yet out here, they become everything.

And maybe that is the beauty of the jungle…
You arrive searching for direction,
but leave understanding feeling matters more than knowing the way.

🌿 Lost in the jungle.
🌿 Found in the moment.

☘️ ᴍᴏʀᴇ ᴛʜᴀɴ ᴀ ᴛʀᴇᴋ — ᴛʜɪs ɪs ᴀ ᴊᴏᴜʀɴᴇʏ ʏᴏᴜ ғᴇᴇʟ

You step into the jungle with a sense of curiosity, and slowly, the outside world begins to fade.

The path leads you across rivers and tangled roots,
where every step demands presence, not speed.

Along the way, you learn to see differently spotting wildlife hidden in silence,
noticing movements most would pass by.
Hands reach into the forest,
gathering simple ingredients from the wild - leaves, herbs, things you’ve never named before.

As the sun lowers, the journey shifts.
The forest becomes your kitchen, your shelter, your home.
Meals are prepared together,
flavors rising gently into the evening air.
and the campsite comes alive with stories and laughter.

Strangers sit closer, conversations grow deeper,
and the jungle hums quietly around you.
There is no rush here.
No distractions.
Just the rhythm of nature and the people beside you.

you realize this was never just about trekking.
It’s about connection.
To nature. To others. To yourself. 🌿

TRIGGER & IT'S NEVER EASY (LEAVING SOMEONE BEHIND)

Sad girl summer has arrived. A new song will be yours on the 4th of July. It’s called ‘trigger’ and I’m delighted to share it with you. A song we tracked very late at night, on a chilly autumn day in London. Recorded it in one go, you can pre save it now.

As the world is colouring darker everyday, it feels strange to share, but I’m sending love, and hopefully songs will be soothing x
