I’ve been sitting with a lot of thoughts and feelings around my brain cancer lately, especially with my MRI coming up this week.

I wasn’t really sure whether to share this, but I think sometimes sharing our experiences can help someone else feel a little less alone.

So this is just a little piece of where I’m at right now. 🤍

Not as a counsellor or as someone who has all the answers.

Just as someone who has lived through brain cancer, become a mum, and is still learning what it means to carry that experience with me.

If you’ve been through something similar, I hope somewhere in this you feel seen.

8km done 🏃‍♀️🥰 Getting back into running after baby number 3 and remembering just how much I love it.

I used to run regularly and even completed a half marathon, and lately I’ve felt that spark returning. Today’s run reminded me that big goals start with small steps.

The dream? Another half marathon.. and eventually even a marathon one day. ✨

And who knows... maybe even an ultra. 😂

For now, I’m focusing on consistency, trusting my body, and enjoying the process.
