Manchmal braucht es einen Schritt zurück, um wieder klar zu sehen.

Genau dafür ist das REBIRTH Retreat entstanden. Vier Tage am Traunsee, an denen du aus dem Außen aussteigst und wieder ganz bei dir ankommst.

Von 21. bis 24. November verbringen wir gemeinsam eine bewusste Auszeit im Hotel Post am See in Traunkirchen / @posttraunkirchen . Mit Breathwork Journeys, geführten Eisbaden im Traunsee, Meditation, Yoga und einer achtsamen Wanderung.

Denn viel zu oft funktionieren wir einfach weiter, ohne innezuhalten. In diese Retreat schenkst du dir den Raum, loszulassen, was du nicht mehr zu dir gehört, und dich neu auszurichten.

Dazwischen bleibt genügend Zeit für dich! Beim Frühstück mit Seeblick, im Rooftop BergSPA mit Infinity Pool, bei einer Honigmassage und an genussvollen Abenden in der Poststube 1327 und der Belétage.

Breakfast at Hotel @posttraunkirchen. 🥐 Golden light, a lake outside the window, and my favorite person at the table. I’m just a little too short to see any of it, so I’m keeping watch from down here.

Daddy is taking his time with breakfast... I’ll wait. I always will. Every good adventure starts with a good breakfast, even if the dachshund doesn’t get a bite. 🥹

A big thank you to the team at Hotel Post am See for being so kind to me. The warm welcome, the friendly smiles, and the extra pets made me feel like the most special guest in the house. My tail has not stopped wagging. 🐾

Now, Daddy, whenever you’re ready... I’m right here, waiting for you. 🖤

Traunkirchen und der Traunsee am frühen Morgen- eingefangen von unserem Team, das heute noch vor der Arbeit auf den Kleinen Sonnstein gewandert ist, um dort den Sonnenaufgang zu erleben.
Unsere gemeinsamen Wanderungen finden einmal im Monat statt. Und Dank unseres @beletage_traunkirchen Küchenteams gab‘s oben sogar Frühstück.

Genießt die Aussicht. ☀️

I am a curious person and whenever there is a secret I want to find out about it. 😌
So…

…I have heard about this secret spot in Austria: a tiny village, half an island, located at a spectacular lake, next to the mountains. With a century old nuns monastery. Over time they became wealthy thanks to trading salt.
🐚I heard in the old nuns cells there is a specialty: a
chamber of wonders which a collector has gathered over the years: mysterious beauty of stones, creatures, art.
📍Wunderkammer Traunkirchen is accessible only with guided tours via @wunderkammertk

🌊One of the most bizarre artworks is in the old church: A carved waterfall, covered with silver to imitate the reflection of water.

👀I lurked into the church to see what it is?!

⛵️It’s a pulpit formed like a boat with rowers trying to carry big nets full of fish, and there is Jesus in the boat, teaching his friends.
🦞Do you see the lobster?
Its on the soundproofing cover, representing the Jesuit Saint Franz Xaver who was on a mission in East Asia.
Very rare to see such a crazy ship like artwork!!

Honestly sometimes the bizarre ideas of baroque make me smile … and laugh. Would we allow ourselves to be that playful and full of phantasy today? 💡

With this thought I am walking through the village to my next spot.
🏔️Mount „Traunstein“ towers above everything. He got the name from the river „Traun“ which also is the godparent for the lake called „Traunsee“ and the village „Traunkirchen“

🧜🏻‍♂️ whenever I see a beautiful alpine lake, I need to channel my inner Neptune and jump into the water.
Actually the water here is crystal clear and had around 19 degrees, even now in autumn 🍂

This hotel 📍 „Das Traunsee“ @dastraunsee is located directly at the lake. You can jump directly into the clear water like I did.
Their breakfast is also a masterpiece. I travel a lot, but this breakfast is beyond!

How could I capture the essence of this place?
📍 most beautiful graveyard, right next to the church of Traunkirchen

The hotel offers water color courses for their guests. What a lovely idea! I tried my skills.
