A huge thank you to the team behind Style Assembly for making last weeks event the biggest one yet!

The hard work, dedication and pure love that went in was inspirational. From planning, communications and designing to the making, the late night set ups, the PERFORMING and the delivery of an all round iconic and sensational event that has fast become a part of Blackpool’s cultural catalogue.

Our whole team volunteered their time energy and creative excellence to make this event slay and we are so grateful for how harmonious the process has become.

Summer Style Assembly 2026 ✨

We want to start by saying a HUGE thank you to the people that made this event possible- from the team that helped curate the event, the designers that provided us with iconic sustainable collections, and the models who wore them perfectly - The photographers who captured it all, the performers who entertained in between and THE DJ who provided the bangers.

This was our most successful event yet and with the speed at which we have grown… we CAN NOT WAIT for the next one- we already have a sickening lineup of designers and performers waiting to elevate your life with their insane hand made, ethically sourced or sustainably styled pieces.

The energy is HIGH.

At @housewingz , skateparks aren’t just for skating!
Last Saturday we saw @style_assembly , @herbrand.hq & @durosestudios completely take over the building with colour and creativity. It was incredible to see so many talented people come together and transform the space into something so special.

Big love to everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make this event happen, it was soooo impressive.

We’re still not over @style_assembly this weekend 🪩💃💅🏻

Across three rooms @housewingz on Saturday, we got to witness the boundless creativity of some incredibly talented Blackpool folk.

Bringing together upcycled fashion, live performance, visual art and grassroots creativity for an event that values imagination over consumption, there was so much joy in the house this weekend.

Blackpool is buzzing right now as we gear up for an epic weekend with so many creative events happening across the town!

@creativeblackpool creative fusion festival is happening @blackpool.school.of.arts on Saturday day time along with the graduate fashion show, followed in the evening by our very own iconic Style assembly event!

Blackpool fashion week we hear you cry!? We told you it was coming…

Make a day and a night out of it and come along to both!!!

Funny girls take the runway…

With the new owners coming in hot and adding a runway to one of Blackpools most ICONIC venues, this weekends style assembly felt like the perfect time to collaborate and dig out some of the brands archive pieces.

The queens will be prancing down the runway showing us a colourful collection of costumes from 1994, when the venue first opened - to some their latest pieces.

The show will be hosted by one of funny girls current hosts, miss @ritzyreynolds talking us through the beautiful characters being brought back to life.

Don’t miss your chance to get up close and personal with the queens and the costumes, this Saturday.

Herhouse: a crafty affair

This year HerBrand are taking the CraftyHouse collection and re styling it with chic femme energy and strong messages of sustainability

Heavily inspired by both Vivienne Westwood and the underground ballroom scene SHE & HER have used the collection to show how queens can turn old garments and scraps of fabric into fabulous outfits ready for the ball.

We encourage you to do the same and get creative with what’s in your wardrobe and around the house to turn up and turn out in a runway ready OOTD ✨

Pride 2026!

Wow what a weekend, it took us a few days to recover but here is our wrap-up from the event!

Thank you to all our wonderful partners who made the possible and showed up to celebrate our young LGBTQ+ community, thank you to our team and young volunteers who made the day possible and most of all thank you to every single one of you who showed up to attend the events. You made this what it is.

She… is… back 👀🩷

I’ve had the pleasure of creating the artwork for this event for three years running now, and every year brings a new challenge. How do you create a series of posters that feel connected while giving each event its own identity? 👈

And that’s what I did, this year’s design builds on what came before it, keeping the recognisable @style_assembly energy while introducing new elements, layouts and textures to push the artwork forward 🎨

Working on this project has become something I genuinely look forward to each year. Watching the event grow, seeing the creativity it brings together, and finding new ways to evolve the visuals whilst keeping that familiar Style Assembly feel is always such a rewarding process!

Using photography, layered textures, distressed elements and bold typography, I wanted this poster to capture the creativity, fashion and community spirit that makes Style Assembly what it is 🤩 Modelling - @juliaczuczwara
