POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

It’s been a while since I brought Squiddies out into the world, and doing @collectedcon was so validating.

I took some risks on some new Squiddies, Rage, Despair, Bored and Midas. I was nervous about how they’d be received. But I was also excited, because they reflect the art I want to make.

My Shadow Artist series is the work I felt most insecure about because it is the most personal and honest. I was, shocked that it sold out in the first 10 minutes of the show. And the collectors who bought so genuinely loved it. 🥰

It was a joy to see the curiosity Squiddies brought to people passing by the table. People would say ‘Squiddies!’ gleefully as they saw the banner and so many artists I admire came by to say hello, introduce themselves, or pick up a Squiddie of their own. It means so much that my art resonates with you.

I’m walking away from this experience knowing I can make the art I love and it actually connects with people.

It seems so simple, yet it feels so profound.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support me and explore the world of Squiddies with me. I am so grateful, inspired and energized. I have so many new ideas and collaborators to partner with.

🥂🐙🤗

Introducing “The Cosmos in Bloom” 🌙✨
1 of 1- $200
I’m so excited to share my custom for the @PotsNToys custom show happening at @CollectedCon this Saturday, October 17th, in Brooklyn!!! 💜

When the JujuOwls’ Cosmic Luna Moth came to rest upon PottO’s head, the cosmos revealed itself for the very first time. Among the glowing stars, Pot discovered he was standing in a universe full of Good Juju, including the magic that had been blooming within all along.

For this piece, I added hand-sculpted clay details, a flower, and a custom-made base filled with celestial touches. Nestled beside PottO is a half-inch resin JujuOwl in my exclusive Liberty JujuOwl colorway!

But what makes this piece especially exciting for me is the debut of the JujuOwls’ Cosmic Luna Moth! Its magnetized design allows it to rest right on PottO’s botanical head, bringing the whole story together. And of course, there’s plenty of glow-in-the-dark magic to discover! 💚

If you’re heading to CollectedCon this Saturday, make sure to visit the @PotNToys booth and check it out in person! Please tag me in any photos you take. I’d love to see my Good Juju out there in Brooklyn!

Give Good Juju; Get Good Juju. 💜

PIZZAWEEN 5 | A FIRST FOR POTS N TOYS!

What an incredible experience! I’m beyond grateful to have been invited to be part of Pizzaween 5, an amazing group art show at @studio6.nyc hosted by one of the biggest families in the toy community, @theplasticpizza , Jordan, and his wife Sarah!

Being surrounded by so many talented creators, humble people, and artists whose work I’ve admired and followed for years was surreal. People I once looked up to as a fan were now right there beside me, sharing the same space. And seeing my own work displayed in a gallery for the first time? That’s something I’ll never forget.

Thank you, @jfuchs4 @brittysarah01 , and the entire Plastic Pizza family, for welcoming me with open arms, making me feel like part of the family in such a short time, and trusting in what Pots N Toys could bring to the table. Your support means more than you know! God is good!

Pizzaween 5 was Pott·o’s FIRST-EVER art gallery show, and I promise you, it won’t be the last!
