This was one of my favourite Good Food Guides to edit, mainly because there’s so much damn talent to celebrate in Victoria right now.

I feel so lucky I get to do it with the A-team who, somehow, make it even better each year. There are too many to shout out but the biggest thanks go to my coeditor Frank Sweet @honestfranks who had his plate full with plenty besides work this year but didn’t drop his bundle and kept smiling even during the truly mad weeks. Awe-struck also by the design of @emmadotchu (hire her!), the big picture thinking of @lanozza and the zen of @em.holg . Plus @pruengel @erinastarkey @callanboys @annabelfsmith @isabel.arrabella @_sammiilouise_ @dion_georgopoulos (responsible for getting poodles and Guides together in a video at last) @andymcginniss @onetui @_megan_johnston_ @danivalent @besharodell and many others I’m probably forgetting.

And thanks to all the people behind the scenes who brought me late-night cups of tea, did my washing, patiently listened and told me we would get there. We did!
