The Strength Tournament is designed as an accessible first international experience.

It offers
developing athletes the opportunity to represent their federation, compete alongside lifters from other countries and become familiar with an international competition environment.

The event continues the sporting format of the former Benelux Open Powerlifting Tournament.

Belgium and Luxembourg form the core of the 2026 edition, with invited international guest delegations broadening the competition beyond the traditional Benelux format.

*Enter through the leagues
*Belgian QT and 1 competition in the past 12 months (instead of 2)
*Final selections are made on GL.

TYRUN S2E1 - Pro Solo: 1:17:49 🏃‍♂️🏋️‍♂️

First TYRUN Pro Solo — time to see what all those hybrid sessions were worth 💪

The goal was simple: stay alive, try to have some fun and make it to the finish 😬

Finished in 1:17:49 — 10th out of 20. Happy with the result and definitely hungry for more 👀
