Stepping on stage for the first time was an experience I’ll never forget. Beyond the placing, it was about the journey, the discipline, and the growth along the way. Grateful for everyone who supported me through prep and for the chance to bring my best package yet.

Big shoutout to my coach @ryansheafitness and @firstlawfitness for guiding me every step of the way. Couldn’t have done it without you.

Proud to represent @axeandsledge on stage as well—fueling the grind every single day. If you want to try their products, use code: cbell160 for 10% off💪

This is only the beginning. On to the next one. 🔥

💪 This weekend, we had the pleasure of setting up a booth at the Johnnie O Jackson Classic Expo in El Paso!
It was awesome meeting so many inspiring, motivated, and seriously fit individuals 💥. We even brought a taste of boot camp with us — our Static Hold Challenge 💢. It’s a test of strength and grit that our recruits face regularly, and El Paso definitely showed up ready!
Think you’ve got what it takes? The challenge — and the Coast Guard — are waiting for you. 🇺🇸🚢

2025 JOJ MP Overall Champ. 🏆

Incredibly blessed and thankful to step on stage for the first time yesterday and do what I love to do. I’ve put in so many hours of hard work & dedication over the last 10+ years, mainly as a lifestyle. Finally made the decision to showcase my efforts and it paid off in the end.

To my son Kai, thank you for being my inspiration to continue grinding when prep was wearing me out. You are my WHY.

Huge shoutout to my coach and friend @wreckemray for being in my corner and guiding me daily. Couldn’t have achieved this without you, truly appreciate you pushing me & your attention to detail. Big thanks to everybody here who hit me with words of encouragement and support throughout prep. I don’t take a single one for granted. Thank you so much.

Back to work…

My first Tactical Strongman event in the books thanks for hosting El Paso,Texas! 💪🏼 It was an incredible experience that challenged me both mentally and physically. I’m genuinely humbled by the strength and resilience displayed by everyone involved. The Tactical Strongman community is so inclusive and invigorating—it’s amazing to see families come together in support of their loved ones! I feel grateful that my family made the journey from afar to cheer us on. Huge thanks to Coach Floeter for all the encouragement and guidance along the way. Here’s to more challenges and growth ahead! #TacticalStrongman #Strength #Community #Gratitude

Training has been different lately and I completely in love with it!! Each movement has been refined in the art of control and sit that ego at the door!! Bringing more pain, more intensity and more growth!!

Training has alway been my favorite part of bodybuilding, along with eating!! Like the hulk he’s aways mad, my inner fat boy is always hungry 🤣. I love to eat and I love to train so why not put them together intellectually 🤣🤣

My deepest gratitude to my amazing coach @juliemayerifbbpro . Her commitment & attentiveness is truly remarkable.
