One thing that impressed me early on about Zetrak was hearing their owner say:

“We’re an engineering-driven company, not an accounting-driven company.”

That mindset says a lot.

In this industry, the best partners are the ones willing to listen, stay flexible, and build around the customer’s real needs — not force every project into the same box.

Proud to work alongside partners who still believe engineering and relationships come first.

In the power industry, things don’t always go according to plan. Materials get delayed, shipping lanes shift, and weather happens.

At Powersystems Group, we tell our team one thing: "Bad news is manageable; surprises are not."

That’s why we hold weekly meetings with our manufacturing partners and our clients. If a delay is coming, you’ll hear it from us first—and you’ll hear it early. This gives you the power to adjust your timelines, reschedule your crews, and manage your stakeholders.

Transparency is how we build trust. It’s not just about the equipment; it’s about the partnership.

Rolling out power LITERALLY.

Another successful project on the move in partnership with Zetrak, featuring a custom-built transformer ready for delivery.

These moments always feel rewarding. Seeing months of collaboration, engineering, and coordination come together into something real and moving (literally) toward making a difference.

Grateful for strong partnerships and a solid team that gets the job done.

"You can’t lead the field if you’ve never been in it."

In power systems and infrastructure, real leadership goes beyond strategy sessions. It comes from walking the site, seeing challenges firsthand, and listening to the people doing the work. 💪⚡️

It's been 3 years since I started this journey as a business owner. It has been filled with highs and lows and a lot of extra work that no one ever mentions. But I continue to persevere and push foward. We are up to 6 team members now and we are not done!

My days are different now, I don't spend as much time on the bike like I used to, I am semi-retired from bike racing, I still try to get outdoors whenever I can but I am no longer chasing those mid to lower pack finishes 😂

I want to thank my family for their support and for being one of the reasons that fuels my fire. And also to my friends that I've called and have lend an ear to hear me out whenever I need to vent.

Hope to catch you soon at a trail or a group ride, if it ever stops raining!

Much love to all, me.

Pretty big milestone for Powersystems Group. The first transformer sold just got put in service within the city limits of Fort Worth. They say you always remember your first!

8 WEEKS (fabrication lead time), plus 2 weeks of transit. That’s what it took to deliver this 300kva transformer from one of our manufacturers.

Thank you toTransformadores Orion for their quality work and timely attention during this process.
This is the first of many!!!
