قهرمانی در روز مسابقه ساخته نمی‌شود؛
در تمام روزهایی ساخته می‌شود که خسته بودی، اما ادامه دادی.

Champions aren’t made on competition day. They’re made on the days when they were tired, but kept going...✌🏻

Big thx to Junior PPA for hosting such a fun event for all the juniors! 🫶🏼

And thx Ella & JZ for teaming up with me! 💕🏓

32 medals and a whole lot to be proud of🏆
18 🥇 | 6 🥈 | 8 🥉

From our youngest juniors to our older athletes competing across junior and amateur divisions, this week was about so much more than the medals.

We watched our athletes compete, battle through tough matches, support each other and continue showing the work they’ve been putting in. Proud of every athlete who stepped on court and represented Elite Academy at Nationals. The results speak for themselves but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead💪🏼

A blast birthday weekend at @ppanationals , I had so much fun with my pickleball friends and bought another two medals back from @junior.ppa - a gold with @slamdinkjz.pb for U12 boys doubles (had fun play with you) and a silver for U12 boys singles, 6th place with @madison.escolin for U12 mixed doubles ( let’s try again next time, had fun play with you, we could be too tired from our gold medals the day before 😝)! Congrats to all the medalists for their hard work during this extreme heat weekend, also all the efforts others put into this tournament, thank you @junior.ppa for the opportunity to compete at the highest level in the national championships.

Thank you dad @backpaddle.pickleball for traveling with me even you are very busy, so my mom and sister could take a break. Love spending time together with you alone.

Thank you coach @naveenbeasley , @chipjamespb , @jameskngo and @elitepickleball_kc coach Mike and Ashley for getting me ready for this big event, the results showed all your hard work as well.

Thank you all my friends who cheered and supported me on the sidelines, spent time with me during the weekend, really appreciated you all, specially all these great people I met from @elitepickleball_kc , their support made my 12th birthday weekend even more special, btw I kind of liked my new nickname Daddy Zai. I almost had my dreams come true (triple medals), but I know I could do better next time, it’s another way to push myself to improving, can’t wait to go back to train with y’all soon. Also thanks to @loraleejames.pb and @owen.u_pickleball for always supporting and helping me as well.

Thank you my sponsors for helping my pickleball journey become more adventurous.

Thank you @luzzpickleball for the amazing @chrishaworth.pb signature paddle to allow my games improve to next level.
