“You hold the reins to 40% of your happiness!” — Dr. Kiki Ramsey, this year’s CPSI Conference Keynote Speaker. Here’s how:
1️⃣ Positive Daily Habits: Incorporate small, positive habits into your daily routine. Whether it’s practicing gratitude, taking a moment for mindfulness, or engaging in activities you love, these habits can significantly impact your happiness.
2️⃣ Self-Care Rituals: Prioritize self-care! Your day-to-day well-being is greatly influenced by how you take care of yourself. From adequate sleep to healthy nutrition and moments of relaxation, these choices can tip the happiness scale in your favor.
3️⃣ Mindset Shifts: Your day-to-day activities are significantly influenced by your mindset. Choose positivity, reframe challenges as opportunities, and focus on what you can control. Your mindset shapes your happiness.
➡️ Dr. Kiki is a renowned Positive Psychologist, ICF Master Certified Executive Leadership Coach, and founder of the Positive Psychology Coaching and Diversity Institute @ppcadi a leadership development firm that specializes in diversity and leadership coaching and training.
