🎄🧸🫶🏽 Super proud of my cousin’s Rita & Faeven for starting their organization @pplthegood and hosting their first toy drive for the community in Oakland, Ca. They facilitated toy drop off bins all around the Bay Area, curated the space, and even got Black santa, shout out @odasounds_ 😂 We had a wonderful day. More about @pplthegood - Here at the goodppl, we don’t strive to change the world—we aim to change people. For the better, of course. Our mission is to illuminate the profound and far-reaching impact of simple acts of kindness, demonstrating how they can transform lives and create ripple effects beyond what we can imagine. We aspire to be a welcoming hub for individuals with kindness in their hearts who are eager to give back and make a meaningful difference in their communities. Our organization is built on the simple yet powerful idea of good people doing good for their communities. And who knows—maybe good people will change the world.

Unfortunately, there are not many fish and chips spots still open in San Jose. So I was very excited when I finally had the chance to check out @goldencatchfishandchips . It was everything I hoped for. The owner said their food was more of a southern cajun style. Paired with lemon and tardar sauce it's a perfect meal for fish Fridays. Even the chicken nuggie eaters in my family enjoyed it. And with 10 side sauces to choose from, I can't wait to go back. If you are in the area make sure to check them out. On a side note they are currently collecting toys for @pplthegood first annual toy drive. 📍Golden Catch Fish and Chips 1100 N First St San Jose, CA 95112 What we had: Family Fish and Shrimp Platter Fish Tacos Shrimp Sandwich Clam Chowder Churros & ice cream #fishandchips #fishnchips
