One thing about my Step Workout classes: we can make literally ANY music style work! 🇧🇷😍

This week, we’re bringing a little Brazilian piseiro to the step because @joaogomescantor is in the house 🔥

Teaching samba will forever be one of my happy places. ❤️‍🔥🇧🇷

There’s just something about being in a room full of people dancing, laughing, learning, sharing the energy and simply enjoying samba together that makes me so happy. These are the moments that remind me why I love teaching so much. 🥹💃🏼

And yes… sorry about the video quality 😂 but I had such a good time in this class that I just HAD to share this moment with you. ❤️

Some memories are simply too good to stay in the camera roll. ✨🇧🇷

Two years ago, I discovered this studio while looking for a Brazilian funk class, and I had the BEST time🤗

Since then, this studio has become so dear to my heart. The Brazilian community, the people, the energy, the love for Brazilian culture… I’ve been obsessed with this place ever since🔥

So being able to teach samba here for the very first time today felt incredibly special. Coming back to a place that once welcomed me as a student, now as a teacher, is such an honor✨

I had the absolute BEST time today, and I’m so grateful for this beautiful Brazilian community❤️🇧🇷

Sometimes, you really do end up exactly where you’re meant to be🙏🏻

@rabaterapiaoficial I love you 💖

There are so many ways to build a community!

Sometimes it’s dancing together. Sometimes it’s cheering each other on. And sometimes... it’s spending a day at a water park, laughing like kids again! ☀️🥹

We’re so grateful to @sommet_saint_sauveur for inviting our community to enjoy an unforgettable summer day with them. 💙

Moments like these remind us that Rabaterapia has always been about more than classes. It’s about creating friendships, making memories, and giving people a place where they truly belong. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this day so special!!!
