Droppin’ on here to introduce to our newest group of brave, eager and passionate Teacher Trainers! ✌️💚🪷

We just wrapped up our first weekend together and WOW—I am forever amazed by those who say YES! and dive head first into this life-changing experience with their whole hearts, integrity, schedules and beings.

You’d think that after 13 years of leading Teacher Training I’d get used to it, but it’s just not the case. I remain constantly inspired by those who choose what’s uncomfortable, who try new things and step into uncertainty with openness, never really knowing where the path will lead.

That’s the purpose of this practice. That’s the heart of a yogi.

If you see ‘em around our sanctuary, say hey and let them know you’re proud of them. I know we all are.

New school year, new lesson plan: comfortable shoes are non-negotiable. 📚✏️

@practicallyemma styled four teacher-ready outfits with four different Dansko clogs, and honestly... we’d give every look an A+. 🍎

Did you know Thunderpants US is 10 years old? 🎂⚡️

This year, 2026, is our tenth year as a small business sharing wedgie-free, cheeky goodness with Thundies to all of you! To celebrate our tenth year, we’ve been reimagining some of our most popular prints over the last decade in fun, new color ways 🎨 Swipe through the post to see some precious prints as you may remember versus how they look now, in our 2026 releases. So far this year, we’ve released the following:

🐋 Whale, Whale, Whale by @greta.menzies
🍄 Whadda Fungi by @zoelinnanderson
🐅 Electric Tiger by @greta.menzies
🌼 Delia’s Daisy by @annatrellaruthmiller
(... and there are more on the horizon😉)

Every print we release is a real labor of love: A collaboration with a textile designer, countless color combinations, fabric tests, product tests, model coordinations, product photography, and hand checked items. We take the comfort and quality of our underwear very seriously, and we’re proud to say we’ve been prioritizing quality for 10 years now. 😌

Help us celebrate 10 years of comfy bums and shop our 10-year anniversary prints!
