Ζήσαμε από κοντά μια φιλοσοφία που έχει διαμορφώσει το σύγχρονο fine dining στο υψηλότερο επίπεδο — με ακρίβεια, συναίσθημα και απόλυτη προσήλωση στη λεπτομέρεια.

February was a totally normal, average, absolutely non-life changing month.

“GUYS WE ARE ALL IN!"

Yesterday I had my last service at Eleven Madison Park.

What an incredible journey started from 6 years ago when I first started my michelin career in EMP kitchen. January 2020, I stepped into EMP's kitchen with full of curiocity, passion and egar to learn and these made me what am I right now.
Since then, I never stopped to grow. "I must be a better person than yesterday" was my slogan and this I did not forget anytime when I'm inside or outside of the kitchen. Maybe I think I could've loosen myself a little bit, enjoy the moments and stay cool.
With full of up and downs, a lots of stupid kitchen story, tears and laughs, friends and family, all those has been a unforgettable memory for me and I'm very humbled of what we all went through together.

Thank you all who I worked with, who I served, and who I met during the last couple years. I will never forget this remarkable experience throughout my life and keep make nice for what am I going to achieve next. Stay in touch!

1.20.26 marks my last day at EMP after almost 3 years. I am thankful and humbled for how much I have learned and grown from all the chefs that have entered these doors. I have always been a believer that you meet the best people in places of high stress and physical demand, working 14+ hours daily , coming in on days off, seeing people come and go. EMP isn’t just fine dining but it is a labor of love and requires special people and dedication. No matter how challenging a day could be we always made sure to made it together as a team. I will miss you all and proud to call you my friends and family. Thank you all for the memories❤️
