Your sign to book that workout class that challenges you in the BEST way. 🔥🧘‍♀️ I tried BOTH a HIIT class and a Pilates class at Praxis Yoga & Cafe Studio, and loved getting to experience two completely different ways to move! 🤍 Both classes pushed me, made me sweat, and left me feeling so good afterward. The instructor Daniela was amazing, the cues were on point, and the equipment was up to date. The classes were well-rounded, and the playlists?! 🔥 They even offer themed classes featuring artists like Drake and Don Toliver, making the whole experience feel like a vibe. Also, that Pilates core block? It absolutely KILLED me💀 My core was crying 😂 Bonus points for their smoothies! They’re super healthy, seriously yummy, and the perfect post-workout treat. They also offer light snacks, baked goods and coffee 😍 The studio has such a welcoming environment, and I loved the overall experience. My only reason for taking off a point? Parking is street parking, so finding a spot can be a little tricky. ✨ Overall rating: 9/10! If you love Pilates, HIIT, good music, and a wellness experience that challenges you in the best way, add Praxis to your list! 🫶🏼 📍 Praxis Yoga & Cafe Studio #PraxisYoga #SeattleFitness #HIITWorkout #WellnessLifestyle #UGCceeator
