There is a prophecy that says when the blue lotus blooms again along the Nile river, humanity will reawaken to a new level of consciousness that’s deeply rooted in the heart.

The time of the prophecy is now, and you have a chance to be a part of it. 𓆸

For us, pilgrimage is not simply about visiting sacred sites. It is about relationship - with the land, with the waters, with the people who call this place home, with the ancient plant allies that have carried their medicine and symbolism across millennia.

There is something profound about placing your hands into the mud of the Nile and planting the blue lotus back into the waters where it has been revered for thousands of years…

Alongside our Nubian friends, we plant blue lotus into the Nile, support local communities, gather in ceremony, share sound and prayer, and experience Egypt not simply as observers - but as participants.

The blue lotus was one of ancient Kemet’s great symbols of rebirth and regeneration: emerging from the dark waters and opening with the rising sun.

It has become a living thread woven throughout our pilgrimages, a reminder that what has descended into the depths can rise again. That what has been forgotten can be remembered. And that pilgrimage can be an act of reciprocity as much as receiving.

This October, we return for WATERS OF REMEMBRANCE - an immersive pilgrimage through Egypt and the Nile led by a team of devoted lotus keepers, followed by an optional week with the dolphins in the Red Sea.

What is a pilgrimage, and why do we embark on one?

Here I share a little about what pilgrimage means to me - the difference between simply visiting a sacred place and entering into relationship with it, and what happens when we make ourselves available to what the journey might reveal.

This October, I’m returning to Egypt to guide Waters of Remembrance, an intimate pilgrimage through the temples, the Nile, ceremony, culture, community, and the living lands of Egypt.

This isn’t a trip you simply take. It’s an initiatory experience of the land, the culture, and yourself.

What if Egypt isn’t a place you visit, but a place you remember?

This October, we journey into the ancient landscapes of Egypt — not simply as travellers, but as pilgrims.

Through temples, sacred waters and the living current of the Nile.

13+ sacred sites across Cairo, Saqqara, Luxor and Aswan.
Sunrise at the Sphinx.
A hot air balloon over Luxor.
Four nights sailing the Nile aboard a private dahabiya.
Blue Lotus, ritual, sound, prayer and meditation.
Time with local guides and wisdom keepers.

And then we follow the water south, into the Red Sea.

A week aboard a private yacht in the turquoise waters of Sataya Reef, swimming with wild spinner dolphins, surrounded by coral, music, sound journeys and ceremony.

Two women. Two origins. One path.

Precilia Divina Rose and I met here, on the ancient land of Iceland, at Iceland Eclipse Festival.

We connected as women — through embodiment, feminine wisdom, presence, and a shared remembering of something deeper.

Different origins.
The same calling.
The same Earth.
Under the same eclipsing Sun.

Ibiza ✨ many magical moments

IBIZA. What a magical trip. 🪄 Turns out this island girl loves island hopping.

This week felt playful. Expansive. Alive.

I’ve been in a season of saying YES to the invitations that open my heart and spark excitement.

I’m so grateful for what opens up when I trust the adventure of life… When I let myself both give and receive. When I open to surprise and delight. When I bring my full self—and let myself be welcomed.

One thing this trip reminded me is that community doesn’t always take years to build. Sometimes all it takes is people who are open, curious, and fully present with one another.

Every person on this trip brought something uniquely their own—their humor, tenderness, creativity, wisdom, generosity, and playfulness.

Friendships deepened. Others began. What a gift to remember that strangers can become people you love in the span of a week!

A few snapshots from the goodness...

Delicious dinners under the moonlight. Slow beach days. Floatie shenanigans in the ocean. Laughing until our cheeks hurt. Tearful heart-to-hearts. Spa nourishment. Dancing till sunrise.

Deeply grateful for this season that’s reminding me just how big the world is.

My heart is full, as is my belly! Until the next adventure. 💖

Wow. What an adventure. Just wrapped up a three week trip to Ibiza, with a weekend getaway to Lisbon, and I couldn’t have imagined a better trip.

The music, the food, the beaches, the slow days and long nights… but most of all the people I shared it with and the deeper sense of synchronicity, connection, and flow that I was able to surrender into on the island.

For those that know me, you’ve probably heard me use the phrase the grand playa: That space where synergies are amplified and the potential for magic is around every corner. And nowhere outside of Black Rock City embodies it more for me than Ibiza.

This year, the island really opened up to me. I was able to tap into flow shortly after arriving and remain in that juicy space for the majority of my time there. Plans changed. New invitations appeared. Old friends reemerged. New ones entered my life. Again and again, I found that the best moments weren’t the ones I had planned — they were the ones I was present enough to receive.

However, this sense of flow doesn’t just happen. It’s the byproduct of a cultivated practice of listening, presence, trust, and responsiveness to the field around me and my own deeper intuitive knowing; a mix of meticulous advanced planning alongside spaciousness for emergence; and, letting go of attachment to “the plan” and instead trusting that there’s a deeper wisdom at play when we stop trying to force it and instead learn to dance with it.
