A request came in from India: "Please, put the Tamil Bible in VerseTap, for the sake of believers over here." They were asking a team in Port Harcourt to serve their church in their own language.

Open VerseTap's side menu and look at the very bottom. One quiet line sits there: "Built from Port Harcourt, Nigeria." It's the line I am proudest of in the whole product.

For years, the unwritten rule for Nigerian builders has been simple. Sound global. Keep your address vague. Let users assume you are building from London, because the moment they find out you are building from here, the trust tax arrives.

I have watched brilliant builders pay that tax by shrinking their origin into a footnote nobody can find. Some of them are reading this.

We chose the opposite. And look at what came back. VerseTap is now in 55+ countries with 2,700+ downloads. Our largest subscriber base is in the United States. Users in Canada write to tell us how much easier the app has made their study. And believers in India want their language on our shelf.

Every one of them, the moment they open that menu, sees the name of my city. Not Lagos. Not Abuja. Port Harcourt.

And here is the interesting part. Nobody sees that line before they trust the app. They see it after they've saved their notes, locked them with their PIN, and restored their backups. By then, the product has already answered the question.

When Nathanael heard where Jesus came from, he asked, "Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?" (John 1:46). Philip did not argue. He said, "Come and see."

That is the whole strategy. Do not argue for your city. Build something people experience first, then sign it.

Now, hear this. Your location is not the ceiling on your work. It becomes your signature the moment your work is strong enough to carry it.

Wherever people spend their time, the Word should be within reach. And this is one of such places.

The end of a city is not always when the enemy has scattered it, but when there is no one left to speak up. As believers, we must stand up for the cause of God’s Kingdom.

We cannot live only for ourselves and our personal consecration. God is calling and sending us to the lost, and we must be affected by the plight of others.

We must be willing to look beyond our immediate surroundings and allow the needs of others to move us to action.

When you see something wrong, stop, ponder, and allow yourself to be moved by it.

Three months, 92 days of learning, growing, and being transformed by the Word of God. 🤍✨ Completing the Discipleship Experience Course at @cci_global has been more than just a milestone; it has been a journey of deeper understanding, intentional growth, and a renewed commitment to knowing Christ and walking in the fullness of His purpose for my life. The more I learn about Him, the more I realize that following Jesus is a beautiful, lifelong journey of becoming.

I’m grateful for the teachers, the teachings, the revelations, the community, and every moment that has contributed to this experience. Here’s to growing in grace, being rooted in truth, and living out the life of Christ daily. The journey continues! 🕊️❤️

🗝 Key Points
The end goal of ministry is not simply to minister but to raise disciples who will shine as lights in different spheres of life. (Ephesians 4:11–13)

The Spirit of God can work through you in whatever sphere of influence you occupy. We must see our work as an opportunity to serve God by serving people.

Your mountain is wherever God has placed you, whatever you do, and whoever you can influence. It is not necessarily the biggest place you can imagine yourself occupying. (2 Corinthians 5:20)

Ministry extends beyond the church platform. You can serve God faithfully right where you are. (1 Corinthians 7:18)
