LIFE IS LIKE A LAUNDRY ROOM Just like clothes canโ€™t wash themselves, your problems canโ€™t fix themselves So just start and even if itโ€™s a small load, itโ€™s a start. Begin to make that dent and build a muscle memory of being able to handle lifeโ€™s adversities. Also for your spouse or roommate, youโ€™ll be on better standing with them ๐Ÿ˜‚ Love ya guys! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Sharing some words from Kashโ€™s wife, Christina. ๐Ÿค We were honored to induct SSG Kashif Memon into our foundation at this yearโ€™s 9th Annual M3G, and to welcome his family out to be with us for the competition. Watching the loved ones of our honorees experience the match, and all we are able to give back to them, is truly special. We are so grateful to everyone who makes it possible for us to give our families this experience at the competition, and be able to continue supporting them long past match weekend. We are deeply grateful to Kashโ€™s family- Christina, Mymy, Misha, and Layla. Getting to know you all was a joy. Thank you for sharing Kashโ€™s legacy with us, and allowing us to share this experience and honor him with you. We will never forget Kash, and you will always be a part of our family. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Store post / photo dump- aside from wearing shirts that are actually comfortable, doing art or making clever designs for clothes that encapsulates the community is the capstone of C.S.A.R. We are a brand that wants to highlight and give back to the rescue community. Recapping some designs we have done. The marlboro one was upscaled for a friend. People have asked about designs, shirts, commissions and availability of products. Some are available now! Due to deployments and life events its been a pseudo dropship/ship whats in inventory as we go. Im hoping to hold more inventory to get everything out much faster. Memes are great but cool designs are what makes this fun. Plus we get to give back to the @pararescue.foundation - I owe them a chunk soon, they give back more than we ever could to guys and their families that need it most. #Pararescue #thatothersmaylive #art #shirts #military

๐ŸŒ‘ LOW-LIGHT & LIMITED VISIBILITY IN TCCC When visibility decreases, performance must remain effective. In Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC), darkness, smoke, dust, and restricted visibility create additional challenges for casualty assessment, lifesaving interventions, communication, and evacuation. ๐ŸŽฏ LOW-LIGHT TRAINING PRIORITIES FOR TCCC INSTRUCTORS ๐Ÿ”ด 1. Situational Awareness & Safety Train providers to maintain environmental awareness, recognize hazards, and balance casualty care with tactical safety. ๐Ÿ”ด 2. Tactile Assessment & Injury Recognition Develop the ability to identify life-threatening injuries through systematic hands-on assessment when visual cues are unreliable. ๐Ÿ”ด 3. Massive Hemorrhage Control Reinforce rapid recognition of severe bleeding, effective tourniquet application, wound packing, and reassessment under limited visibility. ๐Ÿ”ด 4. Equipment Familiarity & Dexterity Build confidence in locating, identifying, and using medical equipment with minimal visual dependence. ๐Ÿ”ด 5. Communication & Team Coordination Practice concise communication, clear role assignments, and coordinated casualty management when visual contact is restricted. ๐Ÿ”ด 6. Light Discipline & Visual Adaptation Teach appropriate use of available lighting while balancing medical assessment requirements, operational considerations, and team safety. ๐Ÿ”ด 7. Casualty Movement & Evacuation Integrate safe casualty movement, reassessment, and handover procedures into realistic low-light scenarios. Darkness alone does not create realistic training. Define measurable objectives. Introduce controlled complexity. Evaluate clinical performance. Provide structured feedback. Progress from individual skills to integrated scenarios, ensuring students demonstrate competence before increasing environmental stress. The objective is not simply to perform in darkness. It is to maintain safe, effective, and timely lifesaving care despite limited visibility. โšก TRAIN THE SKILL. TEST THE DECISION. EVALUATE THE PERFORMANCE. INSTRUCTORS SET THE STANDARD. TRAIN FOR THE CONDITIONS THAT MATTER. #training #TCCC #TECC #train #Med
