Now that you’re in the building…
let me tell you what you just stepped into.

This is not a workout.
This is not a class.
This is not “come try a session.”

This is the BLOCK PARTY.

This is where strangers turn into teammates.
This is where people remember who they are.
This is where your body starts listening to your mind again.

Black & White isn’t just a color theme —
It’s a LINE.

Old you on one side.
New you on the other.

You don’t watch the Block Party.
You don’t “attend” the Block Party.

You STEP INTO IT.

And once you do…
you’ll understand why people don’t just come back —
they bring people with them.

🎤 SO MAKE SOME NOISE FOR YOUR HOST…
YOUR COACH…
YOUR ENERGY SOURCE…
YOUR RESET BUTTON…

H E R O L D M A C A J O U X.

🖤🤍 WEAR BLACK & WHITE.
Bring your energy.
Bring your nerves.
Bring your “I need a change.”

Leave transformed.

THE BLOCK PARTY IS BACK.
And it’s starting the year LOUD.

Chapter 1 of 365 : Day 1

At Body By Boss Fitness Center , we don’t chase bodies.
We rebuild people.

We don’t just train muscle.
We retrain nervous systems.
We retrain habits.
We retrain self-talk.
We retrain identity.

We teach your body how to feel safe being powerful again.
We teach your mind how to stop negotiating with comfort and start choosing consistency.
We teach your spirit how to remember who you were before life made you tired.

This is not about 12 weeks.
This is about who you are for the next 12 years.

This is the year you stop starting over.
This is the year you stop disappearing.
This is the year you stop surviving.
This is the year you stop postponing yourself.

This is the year you rebuild your standard.

Welcome to Chapter One.
365 pages.
One decision.
One you.

And it starts right here.
Right now.
With the version of you that’s finally ready to come back home.
