Evening of experimentation and noise curated by @klang.mcr at @pinkmcr_ in Stockport, 18th June 2026 Glasgow based dadaist dissociative noise band 'L' played a set that surged and crumbled at every turn. 'Guitar Music' delivered an unexpectedly dreamlike dance of sound and silence. David² conducted fractured dialogues that fizzed with tension. Amazing work Klang crew! @imso.tired_l @jacksjpaton @laurie_drums @jjmellin @ar.t444r @flynn_mchardy_ @preost__ @ninawhiteman

L playing for us at @pinkmcr_ TOmMoRRow!!!!!!! “Probably the most magnetic, outrageous, crazed, dadaist, inventive group in Glasgow” & their first Manc show in many years! Made up of vocalist/ card magician Jack Paton, guitarist Jack Mellin, and drummer Laurie Pitt, the trio combine Paton’s confrontational spoken word with Mellin & Pitt’s blistering take on metal, jazz, noise and art rock. Never actually had the chance to catch them live ourselves but heard countless good things, so very very excited to finally see them tomorrow! Tickets are still going via the link in our bio and will be available on the door - see you there?! 👀
