One of my favorite accounts to follow is @preppygoods. When I saw the collaboration with @katieromeoart the wheels immediately started turning in my mind. I have loved seeing so many artists entering the mahjong world. Katie’s mats (in both a pink and a blue colorway) lend themselves to a ton of tile sets. I paired this mat, which I purchased on @amazon, with the @missmahjongofficial Miss Classic in Jade, the @bambirdboutique Boots & Bubbles, and the @charlestonmahjongclub Country Club tiles. It’s official… WE SOLD OUT of our first batch of Mahjong Mats!! 🤯💗 Last summer, when I launched my very first Amazon product (my tray!), I reached out to Melissa at Preppy Goods @preppygoods . She didn’t know me, but she was incredibly kind and generous enough to not only try my product, but to share it with all of you. I’ll never forget that. Fast forward almost a year, and after staying connected, we had the idea to create something together—something that reflected both of our brands and our shared love for colorful, happy design and mahjong. We poured so much thought into every detail, from the artwork to the colors to the quality, hoping we’d create something you’d genuinely love. What we never imagined was selling out our entire first production run so quickly. To every single one of you who purchased a mat, shared our launch, tagged your friends, left a review, or simply cheered us on—thank you. Supporting a small business means so much more than just making a purchase. You’re helping two women continue building something we’re incredibly passionate about.
