𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝘂𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 🔥
From transferring and loading to closing and labeling, the 𝗣𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗘 can handle up to 35 tubes per minute, with configurations for 1 to 5 prerolls per tube (multi-packs) and both snap-cap or twist-cap closures.

If you’ve got 4–5 people manually loading, closing and labeling preroll tubes, we definitely need to talk!

REJECT RATE 🚨 High throughput is important, but being able to maintain 99%+ consistency at volume is where automation really proves its value! For producers, that translates to more predictable output, better material utilization, less time spent correcting inconsistencies, and greater confidence when scaling production.

Tempered Layered Compaction is the way the PR200 fills and compacts material in stages instead of all at once.

It adds a controlled amount, compacts that layer to the proper density, then adds the next layer and repeats the process until the cone is complete.

By building from the bottom up, the PR200 can create more consistent density throughout the cone.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝗱.
What a way to finish an amazing few days in Virginia. The 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁 & 𝗥𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗯𝗹𝗮𝘇𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀 dinner was a great night with even better people.

I’m truly thankful for the conversations, the connections and the opportunity to meet so many of the amazing people helping shape what comes next for this industry.

Thank you, Virginia, @roanokecollege, @the.cannajoint and the entire Root & Rise team for putting together such an incredible event. I had an amazing time!

𝗔𝗻𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀.
And let's be honest... everyone says they make great prerolls.

The real challenge is making the same 𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝘀 over and over again, day after day, without slowing production down.

That's where I come in. My job is to help you work smarter, produce more consistently, and then... repeat. 💚

Give me a call and let's start the conversation.
