*Allegedly 👀*

I caught wind of this by @preservationparkcities @thepottedboxwood post

Preservationists have been working towards collaborating with the new owner on preserving this home but from what entail I have gathered, the owner is set on demolishing it and working with a builder who is known for the dreadful white and black prison cells we all have come to hate.

You don't see homes constructed like this anymore and that's not just because there is a lack of artistry, the 1920s homes were constructed with what we call old-growth wood and materials that can't even be found today.

I'm not sure if the demolition has already taken place but perhaps they will have a change of heart. #historichomes #badhomeremodels #modernhomedesign #texas #demolition

Bye, bye Anton Korn house. The deconstruction of 3635 Beverly. Rear of the house with the roof, windows and ceiling removed. #DemolitionofHighlandpark the loss of a culture and neighborhood one house at a time.

The deconstruction of 3635 Beverly. The living room has been disassembled, all the wood walls, trusses and Timbers have been removed as well as the windows. Which is good news for someone but not for the neighborhood.

This appears to be the trusses and roof disassembled and wrapped.
