I love you, Atlanta.

It’s been an incredible three years representing @atlantatrackclubelite, and after much thought, it’s time for a new chapter for me!

My love for my teammates runs very deep, and so does my appreciation for Coach Tommy- as my coach, my mentor, and someone I deeply respect . This became my family over the last few years and the ideal environment to continue to “reach into the gift.” I’m so grateful for everything I’ve learned and the time we’ve all shared.

For anyone who may see this and one day have the opportunity to run here and be coached by Tommy… take it. Being a professional athlete for this club is an absolute privilege.

Truly cannot recommend enough going to the jersey shore during a nor’easter with ALL of your favorite people 🦐🐚🌊🦪⚓️

This weekend made my heart explode 100 million times more than I ever even knew was possible… Getting to watch all of the people I love most love each other is a type of happiness that is actually inexplicable 🥲🩵

It definitely is not the first time I’ve put most these girls lives in danger… and probably won’t be the last… so honestly this weekend was the perfect sum up of how each and every one of them show up for me regardless of the wrecking ball of a gal I am 🥲 LOL 🦈🌈🌝🌊🫯🌪️☔️🌬️🐋

Thank you to my girls for a weekend I will NEVER forget…. Cape May, we will be back 🤪

What a journey it has been 🇺🇸 ✨

So grateful to have lived this incredible experience. From running my first sub-2’ in the 800m 🏃‍♀️💨 to enjoying every single moment of this adventure on the track, at the club, at training camps, on race trips, and while exploring so many amazing places.
I’ve made unforgettable memories, pushed myself, learned so much, and met incredible people along the way 🥰
I’m going to miss this amazing team more than I can say ❤️

A lot to unpack because I can’t keep up with this silly little app 🙃

Presley @presleyaw went from being one of my runners I work with and my colleague to becoming someone I absolutely adore and consider part of our family. I miss her so much in Atlanta but am beyond happy for her new life with @joehoots22 in Nashville!

Getting to celebrate Presley and Joe this weekend was incredibly special. Seeing someone you love so much this happy, surrounded by so many people who love them, is pretty hard to beat.

Congratulations, Presley + Joe. What a beautiful weekend and an even more beautiful beginning.

🚨Life Update🚨

This is a little overdue, but unfortunately at the turn of the year I wasn’t re-signed by Atlanta Track Club. Through 4 years of representing them as I chased my dreams, I experienced many highs, some lows, and made countless memories on and off the track along the way.

I’m thankful for all my coaches during my time - Amy, Andrew, and @tomnohilly - for pouring into me daily🙌

I’m thankful for all my teammates that helped push me each and every day as we shared the experience of pouring our blood and sweat into chasing our dreams together💪

I’m thankful for every one of my physio providers and their investment in keeping my running career moving forward and also for caring about me on an individual level through it all🥲

There’s so much more that I could say, but at the core I’m thankful for all of the friendships formed and relationships made during this first chapter of my professional running journey❤️

As they say, though, when one chapter ends, another begins, and I’m excited to be able to continue my career and push my limits daily, just this time in Nashville where this love for the sport was reignited 5 years ago😤 Onwards and upwards📈🙏🏼
