Congratulations @gabrielledifrancesco and Dan on the beautiful life that you have created together.

Thank you @locustbloom for hiring us to bring your dream to life. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We loved using your gorgeous kitchen, too.

local spotlights:
So fun working with @presleysbar again. Amazing!!
Thank you @wonder.garden.llc for the gorgeous beets.
Everyone loved @groovygreenspa for our garden salad topped with roasted butternut squash, toasted pepitas, shaved Brussels, and a Shallot vinaigrette.
We made roasted vegetable soup shooters with toasted sammys with beautiful bread from @dailyloafbakery
I made a Calabrian chili Chutney sourced from @eliasmarket

Don’t forget the grilled ribeye with chimichurri, a rustic pasta with autumn squash and fried sage, plus a wild mushroom and white wine chicken with Herbs de Provence.

One vegetarian menu item, we would love to add to our repertoire, are Parmesan Risotto Stuffed Peppers. So simple yet so satisfying. And of course, those French onion stuffed mushrooms with pancetta always disappear. The Caramelized Leek Dip for the veg tray was also enjoyed by all.

But that dessert bar was the perfect ending. My NY style cheesecake with brown butter crust is always a crowd favorite. I also made an almond ricotta cake. Jess made gorgeous Apple Dumplings and the Pumpkin Tiramisu was made with pumpkin cold brew. Chef’s kiss.

Having the ability to enjoy the party, while we take care of everything behind the scene, is our specialty. We hope that you and your guests will always remember this celebration. It was an honor and a pleasure to take care of all of you.

At the end of the day, a referral from a dear client, is what we are most grateful for. Thank you to all of you who continue to share the good word. Thank you for helping us to keep this dream alive.
