I believe one of the best skills you can learn in life is how to pivot. Things won’t always go according to plan.

You can spend your time fighting reality, wishing things were different, and staying frustrated about what didn’t happen. Or you can accept where you are, look for the good, and move forward.One path keeps you stuck. The other creates room for joy.

The older I get, the more I realize that peace often comes from letting go of how we thought things should have gone and embracing what is.

Tuesday night’s session was a beautiful reminder of that. 🤍

Studio Update

Due to Tropical Storm Arthur and local safety recommendations, the studio will be closed tomorrow.
