Please read if you’ve played any part in my life or want to hear some of my thoughts:

For most of my life I lived in fear, insecurity, anger, and deception. I cared about myself more than anyone else. I blamed everyone else for my selfishness and arrogance. But when I was at my worst, and was tired of what I thought was all life offered, I met Jesus. In His Grace, He saved me. Where I was angry I began to find patience. My fear was met with peace. Selfishness with love. None of this was because I was a great, or even good, person. It’s was Him.
“I was blind, but now I see”. I never thought I’d see the day where the wrongs to and from me ceased to decide who I am and choose to be, but now I see. I never thought I’d see the day where I’m more grateful for my life than regretful, but now I see. And I definitely never thought I would see the day in which I’d marry a woman who loves and cares about me and others more than anyone I’ve ever met, but now I see. I do not have all the answers to the hard questions the world seems to be asking right now, and I know and respect that not everyone shares this perspective, but I truly do believe that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. And for me that is good enough.
Thank you for all of you who loved me and brought me here. To childhood friends, highschool friends, church family, home family, and everyone else, thank you. To my wife, thank you ❤️. And to Jesus Christ, my best friend, my savior, and my Lord, thank you.

2024 was a great year filled with adventure, growth, and difficulty. But as I look back it is the people who made it, and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the loving people God has put in my life. It only let me post 20 pictures, and tag only so many people, but these and many more are some people who make my life better each year. Love yall

6/10/22&10/22/22 (Post 1/2)
As some of you know I competed in a show in June called battle at the river.I did a full 16 week prep and started very chunky from a bulk over last winter, went through some stuff in life and made me push super hard through that whole prep and was determined that I was going to win and that’s the only thing I cared about. I went 8 weeks with no cheat meals and didn’t miss a minute of cardio or miss a lift. I started at around 22% body fat and got to 11.7%. I went and did the show and did not place super great, 4/4 and 4/5. I was so upset and disappointed after the show and kept pointing fingers and making excuses of why I didn’t place better so much that I didn’t even share show pictures.

This past weekend I competed again in the Chattanooga Night Of The Champions, I competed in this show last year as my first show. After doing the show in June and being upset and beating my self up I really realized that even tho I didn’t place very well I still improved from my first show. It made me take a step back and realize that it’s not all about what place you get, it’s about how much you have improved each show. So going into this show I wasn’t concerned about placing i was just more focused on improving on my self and my physique, of course I still want to win and be the number one guy on stage but I wasn’t going to let my self get up set and be put down by what place I got. This prep was about 13 weeks,I started at around 15% body fat and got down to 8.9% which I’ve always wanted to be sub 10 and finally did it. I ended up placing 4/5 in Novice and 1/1 in Teen. I was 10lbs heavier on stage and had a lower body fat percentage than last year. Going to take this off season to relax but to also build and improve on my physique to come around next year and kick ass, Finally i want to give a big shout out to my great friend @ovi_danila for being my coach and just all around helping me learn and get into the sport of body building, I wouldn’t have gotten from where I started to where I am now with out his help. Another big thank you to my amazing friends & family that come and support me while I do what I love, means the absolute world to me🤍
