As part of a Strawberry Shortcake character redesign collab, I decided to redesign Angel Cake, who hasn’t been seen since 2003, as if she was a character from the more modern cartoons - both in (my best attempts at) the show’s style as well as my own style.
She was always the “popular girl” of Strawberry’s friends, so I’m surprised she’s never made a comeback for almost 2 whole decades! 😲🍰

💕 MH->Winx/Winx->MH Collab 💕

In this collab we got to either draw a Monster high character as if they’re in the Winx universe or Winx characters if they were from Monster High. ^^

I chose to draw C.A Cupid (MH) in the Winx universe 🏹💝

This was so fun!

I got to participate in a Winx Club x Monster High collab hosted by @tulipicetea and @quimchii_ alongside a lot of other wonderful artists tagged below. Be sure to check them all out 🩷✨

This was my first time doing anything like this. It was a really fun challenge and super cool to see how other artists approached it. Thanks to the hosts for letting me join 😊

I was tasked with drawing Amaryl from Winx as if she was in Monster High instead. Since she is a fairy of starlight I thought it could be cool if she was some sort of celestial star creature. For her outfit I took elements from her canon Winx outfits and translated them into a more Monster High style. And of course I had to give her hair streaks.

✨🧚🏼‍♀️ Winx Club x Monster High collab! 🧚🏼‍♀️✨

I’m so honored to have been apart of this #bearry26dtiys collab. Huge thanks to @quimchii_ and @tulipicetea for putting this together. I got to meet and chat with so many amazing artists!

Tag: #monsterhighxwinxcollab

For my part of the collab, I redesigned Sibylla from Winx as if she were a student at Monster High ☺️ since she’s the Major Fairy of Justice, I wanted to base her on a monster or mythical creature that reflected those themes as closely as possible. I ended up choosing the Kirin from Japanese folklore, which is often associated with purity, justice, and serenity.

The first slide is my official piece for the collab, and the second slide is the original design concept I came up with based on the Kirin. Before starting the final artwork, I used a Monster High base to experiment with how I thought Sibylla might fit into the Monster High world.

The third slide is all the characters together, the rest is everyone’s art ❤️

👋🏻 Say hello to all the incredible artists that participated below:

monster high 💀🎀 x winx 🧚‍♀️✨ collab

Hello, everyone! It’s been a while, but I’m finally back with new art for a new collab. Presenting Draculaura as a Winx fairy! ✨ I think, if she were in the Winx universe, she’d be called the Fairy of Hearts. ❤️ After such a long hiatus, I honestly felt like I had forgotten how to draw. That said, I’m still really proud of how this piece turned out, especially since it’s my first completed artwork of the year and also my very first artwork made in Procreate 💕 It feels good to be creating again, and I’m happy to share this piece with all of you.

Anyways it’s been two years since I last hosted a collab. Life has been pretty hectic these past few years as I worked toward finishing my bachelor’s degree (which I graduated from last year) and, by God’s grace, passed my licensure exam earlier this year. With a little free time between med school applications and other personal commitments, I decided to revisit something I genuinely loved and missed from my peak art era which is hosting a collab (wanted to do it one last time before I enter med school and go on another long hiatus).
I wanted to host it with one of my OG art friends, @tulipicetea, whom I’ve co-hosted with before, and thankfully she agreed. Thank you again, Tulip!! 💕 Since I love drawing Monster High and she loves Winx, we decided to combine the two and make that the theme of the collab. Everything came together so well, and I absolutely love all the amazing artwork that everyone created. 🤧💕

Mentioning in the caption below the artists who I couldn’t tag…
