I honestly was gonna make this a voiceover but ended up changing my mind.

But can we talk about how much girl time really feeds your soul? ✨ Being around women who just get it—especially my sisters from the military—hits different. We’ve been through so much side by side… long hours, highs & lows, etc. I wouldn’t call it trauma bonding but tomato, tomáto 🤷🏾‍♀️. Anyways, it’s just that unspoken bond that makes everything lighter.

Miami was a reminder that laughter, shared memories, and sisterhood are truly healing. Forever grateful for the women God has placed in my life. 🫶🏾🌴💗
