From centerpiece to first course, with a little hands-on harvesting in between. Designed by @kindred.blooms, this edible masterpiece was overflowing with fresh produce and edible flowers. Guests selected their lettuce before dinner, then found their greens waiting at each place setting, scissors at the ready to snip additional ingredients straight from the centerpiece for the salad course. A feast for the eyes, with the best parts destined for the plate.🫜🫑🍆🍅 Venue: @millcitymuseumevents Menu + Hospitality: @damicohospitality Chefs: @geoff.stout, @pastryleah, @blynk2013, @dtjb00, @maxymo, @amberarcuri Operations: @stabems, @cathybovard Concept, Event Design & Planning: @rocketscience.events, @msaltendorf, @madisonvolkmann Floral & Edible Centerpieces: @kindred.blooms Paper Goods: @fig2design Silverware: @smthingvintage Installations: @prettycreative.events Rentals: @collectedrentals, @apreseventandtent Lighting: @phosevents PR & Communications: @roepkepr Video: @voyageurmotionpictures Photography: @laurenbakerphoto Music: @laurahugomusic Valet: @uptownvaletinc

Step right up to Pete’s Pickle Emporium. 🥒 Where the produce was crisp, the brine was flowing, and guests got to make a little magic of their own. For the D’Amico Hospitality Family Dinner, we brought a farmers’ market favorite straight to the table with a hands-on quick-pickle experience — because apparently, dinner is better when you can say, “I made that.” A few credits worth preserving: Concept, Event Design & Planning: @rocketscience.events, @msaltendorf, @madisonvolkmann Venue: @millcitymuseumevents Menu + Hospitality: @damicohospitality Chefs: @geoff.stout, @pastryleah, @blynk2013, @dtjb00, @maxymo, @amberarcuri Operations: @stabems, @cathybovard Floral & Edible Centerpieces: @kindred.blooms Paper Goods: @fig2design Silverware: @smthingvintage Installations: @prettycreative.events Rentals: @collectedrentals, @apreseventandtent Lighting: @phosevents PR & Communications: @roepkepr Video: @voyageurmotionpictures Photography: @laurenbakerphoto Music: @laurahugomusic Valet: @uptownvaletinc

Dinner was over. But dessert had other plans. 🌼 At the D’Amico Family Dinner, guests left the table to find drinks waiting—and a few more reasons to linger. Chocolate mendiants met the cherry cocktail, then Henderson Flower Co. took over the gathering space with a late-summer flower stand where the blooms were, quite literally, good enough to eat. The desserts, imagined by @pastryleah, included Chocolate Rose Brownies, Summer Fruit Crostatas, Floral Lollipop Bouquets, Milk Chocolate Raspberry “Flower Pots,” Orange Blossom Shortbread Cookies, Grilled Strawberry Honeysuckle Shortcakes and Lemon Elderflower Macarons. And then, Eat Your Veggies. A roaming box of sweets disguised as produce, with meringue mushrooms, sugar cookie cabbage truffles, chocolate cherry tomatoes and white chocolate carrot cheesecake cones, all nestled into chocolate “dirt.” The market may have been closing, but apparently dessert had one more stop to make. We came together for dinner. We left with a little more. More conversation. More connection. More reasons to appreciate the people who make this industry what it is. A look at the D’Amico Hospitality Family Dinner through the hellos, happy reunions, laughter, shared plates and all the unscripted moments in between. We set the table for our industry community, but it was the people who filled the room and kept the conversation going who made the evening worth gathering for. Here’s to making time for the people behind the work—and leaving the table with a little more than we arrived with. Keep going. 🌿 Photography: @laurenbakerphoto Venue: @millcitymuseumevents Menu + Hospitality: @damicohospitality Chefs: @geoff.stout, @pastryleah, @blynk2013, @dtjb00, @maxymo, @amberarcuri Operations: @stabems, @cathybovard Concept, Event Design & Planning: @rocketscience.events, @msaltendorf, @madisonvolkmann Floral & Edible Centerpieces: @kindred.blooms Paper Goods: @fig2design Silverware: @smthingvintage Installations: @prettycreative.events Rentals: @collectedrentals, @apreseventandtent Lighting: @phosevents PR & Communications: @roepkepr Video: @voyageurmotionpictures Music: @laurahugomusic Valet: @uptownvaletinc
