The future of real estate is already here, and I truly believe REAL is at the forefront of it.

(@matt.lionetti did this video better)

We’re watching independent brokers, established teams, and real estate agents move their businesses to REAL because they re-thought what they actually wanted from a brokerage: more freedom, better technology, more opportunity, and a model built for where this industry is going…not where it’s been.

But what really stood out to me is that REAL isn’t just focused on helping agents sell more homes. It’s created a platform that gives agents additional opportunities to build long-term wealth, ownership, and a business beyond the next transaction.

That’s a completely different conversation.

The way real estate brokerages operate is changing FAST, and I don’t want to be catching up five years from now. I want to be aligned with a company that is thinking ahead and giving agents more ways to participate in the growth they help create.

That’s why I made the move.

REAL feels ahead of the game, and I’m incredibly excited to see where we go from here.

The future is bright. The future is ΓEA⅃. ✨

Just curious and want to know more about ΓEA⅃, DM me and let's chat.

After 19 years, it’s time for a new chapter.

First, let me say this... Keller Williams was very good to me. I built an incredible business there, met lifelong friends, and I’ll always be grateful for everything that chapter gave me.

So why make a change?

The simple answer is... it wasn’t because where I was wasn’t good. It was. In fact, I still believe Keller Williams is an incredible place for many agents to build a successful career.

What changed... was me.

Over the last several months, I’ve spent a lot of time researching, praying, and thinking about where I want to be—not just today, but 10, 20, and 30 years from now. I realized I wasn’t looking for something different. I was looking for something that better aligned with the vision I have for the future.

That’s what led me to REAL Broker.

What drew me to REAL wasn’t just the technology, AI, or innovative platform. It was the opportunity to build something bigger than myself.

I’ve always wanted to build a legacy, and to me, that means helping other agents build successful businesses too. REAL’s model gives me the opportunity to mentor, collaborate, and grow with agents in a way that truly aligns with who I am and where I see the future of this industry.

The ability to build long-term wealth and earn stock while contributing to the growth of a company I believe in is a unique opportunity that really resonated with me. I love the idea of building not only a business, but an asset for the future.

For my clients, nothing changes except that I now have even more resources, technology, and support to help you buy, sell, and invest with confidence.

Same Natasha.
Same values.
Same commitment to putting my clients first.

Nineteen years ago, I took a leap of faith and got my real estate license. Today, I’m taking another one.

I’m incredibly grateful for everyone who has been part of this journey so far, and I can’t wait to see what this next chapter holds.

Here’s to building something that lasts. 🖤🏡
