The best 30th birthday gift this girl could ask for!! ✨

Passing this test was all I wanted for my birthday this year!
(And maybe some diamonds from Reed but mostly just to pass this test 🤭 lol) and on Tuesday, I did it! Soon, I will be an official Minnesota Realtor 🙌🏼

On a test that only 50% of people pass on their first try, I feel so proud of myself! Especially since I haven’t had to study in quite sometime now lol

2025 was one of the hardest years I’ve had in a really long time. It felt like once one fire went out, a new one started.

2026, passing this test, starting a new decade, embarking on a new career, I am seeing & feeling this is exactly where I’m meant to be 🫶🏼

I am SO excited to start sharing more of this new journey, especially because Reed gets to be a part of it with me!
