Bet on yourself. Bet on the version of you that’s tired of making excuses, tired of waiting for the “right time,” and ready to make a change. 🔥

You don’t have to be in shape to start you just have to be willing to START.

Come sweat, move, laugh, and push yourself at BrickFit. Your only competition is the person you were yesterday. 💪🏽

Bet on YOU. Then show up for YOU. 🧱🔥

Let me tell y’all about Melva and Bree at @coyoteugly_memphis… not once… but twice they saved my old frozen butt by making me piping hot chocolate from their own personal stash. They didn’t have coffee at the venue… so these two beautiful souls took it upon themselves to make sure this photographer had something to warm his bones!!! Thank you my friends!!! @__chocolatee_drop__ @prettypettii @bealestreetmemphis #follow #followforfollowback #followers #bealestreet #internationalblueschallenge
