Hi Cuties! 🧚🏽‍♀️

Part 1 of my microneedling treatment went amazingly!

One treatment in, and I’m already loving what I’m seeing! My skin feels refreshed, smoother and glowing beautifully. There’s something so satisfying about seeing your skin look more alive after giving it a little extra care.
Microneedling is a treatment I’m especially excited about because the results continue to develop over time as the skin goes through its natural renewal process. And this is only the beginning!

I’m so excited to see how my skin progresses over the next few treatments and to share the journey with you. If you’ve been curious about microneedling and what it could do for your skin, send me a DM to find out more or book your consultation with me! 💌

One treatment down… more glow to come! 🧖🏽‍♀️❤️

Hi Cuties! 🧚🏽‍♀️

With the Fall/ Autumn season coming in, I am excited to share that I will be on my own journey with my skin- specifically my face. Along with my skin therapist, we will be doing a series of microneedling sessions to try and target the stubborn areas of my skin that I am currently most self conscious about. I will also be focusing on proper hydration, diet and sleep as well to give my skin the best chance to heal and produce that dewy, glowing skin that I love to give my own clients. There are many ways to manage acne, scarring and other skin concerns and this is just one of the methods that I have chosen to implement into my skincare routine for the colder months.

I hope you will follow along in my journey and hopefully learn some new tips and techniques to improve your skincare routine! 🧖🏽‍♀️❤️

Hi cuties! 🧚🏽‍♀️

ACNE JOURNEY UPDATE

As a skin therapist who has been open on my page about my struggles with acne, I think it is important to be transparent about my journey as it progresses. I know how frustrating it can be when you’re putting in the effort and wondering if your skin will ever calm down or follow a routine.

Lately, I’ve been keeping my routine very simple, focused and consistent rather than constantly changing products. My current routine includes 15% azelaic acid, retinol at night, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide. Finding a good hydration solution and incorporating it into my routine has made a HUGE difference to the health of my skin.

Together with my own skin therapist, we’re focusing on supporting my skin barrier, reducing breakouts and inflammation, improving texture and gradually working on the marks left behind by acne through treatments such as dermabrasion and microneedling. One thing I’ve learned throughout my own acne journey is that you have to be prepared to be patient and consistency. Consistency is where the change comes. Your skin often needs time to respond, and what works for someone else may not necessarily work for you. Healthy skin doesn’t happen overnight, and having acne doesn’t mean you’re doing something wrong.

I’m very happy with where my my skin is currently and I’m excited to keep documenting the progress with you 🧖🏽‍♀️❤️

If you’re struggling with acne too, just know you’re not alone. 🤍

My personal journey with acne 🧚🏽‍♀️

I’ve lived with acne for 18 years, so most of my adult life, and it’s a big part of what led me into the world of skincare. After years of doctor’s appointments, trying different products and treatments, l became curious about what would truly help me with my skin - not just temporarily, but long term.
This curiosity turned into passion, and eventually into a professional education.
Today, I use what I’ve learned to support others on their own
skincare journeys. Helping people feel comfortable and confident in their skin is something | genuinely love, because | know exactly what it feels like to struggle - and how empowering it is when things finally start to change.
If you’re on your own journey, don’t understand your own skin and feel the same frustrations as I did, I’m here (as a fellow beauty cutie) to guide you with my knowledge and kindness to find realistic solutions that will help you support your skin long term.

As a skin therapist, I spend my days helping others achieve healthy, glowing skin—but I’ve learned that taking care of my own skin is just as important. Self-care isn’t a luxury; it’s an essential part of maintaining both physical and mental wellbeing. Investing time in my own skincare routine allows me to slow down, reconnect with myself, and practice the same healthy habits I encourage in my clients. Healthy skin starts with consistency, nourishment and a little help every now and then. When we take care of ourselves first, we’re better equipped to care for others. 🧖🏽‍♀️
