Just #Thankful! We are officially an award-winning Team! If my 22-year old self would have known that selling real estate would bring me awards years later for my hard work, I probably would not have been so stressed! 😅However, the unknown really pushed me beyond my limits, in the best way possible. Cheers! 🥂 Happy Holidays from our family to yours!! ⭐️ This is one of our favorite photos together. But this particular image is an iPhone photo of the little screen on a Canon Camera. We never got to see the actual photo! This is a true gem. A few days after getting together to do our FIRST Team photoshoot, our go-to marketing pro Rafa (aka Jen’s husband), got ALL of his gear stolen in a parking lot during a film shoot! It was 5K worth of gear & all 100+ photos were lost. We got together this day to capture the Team & to celebrate surpassing 80 homes sold. We are thankful that we were quickly able to redo the Team shoot, this time around with 85+ homes sold! Success mindset- What’s it all about? When you become a business owner one thing you will hear a lot about is your mindset. What exactly does that mean to you? To us? One thing Entrepreneurs need to do, is become comfortable talking about money. What is your money goal & what are you going to do to achieve this goal? Are you comfortable with telling clients your commission confidently? A new Realtor might squirm in their seats while explaining they need 3% on a home, but when you know your value & what you bring to the table, you feel more comfortable asking for what you know you deserve! Know your patterns! The good, bad & the ugly. What are some things you know you’re great at? Use these to your advantage & find out what you need to work on- and then work on them! One thing that is so important as a Realtor is being ON TIME. You should identify your “money blueprint.” This blueprint is your approach to money & wealth. This can greatly affect the way you run your business & how you approach clients. Did you come from a wealthy family, or did you grow up with grandparents who could barely make ends meet. Your income can only grow to the extent that you do. Be open to receiving abundance! Sounds easy right? Think about how you react when someone compliments you or gives you a gift? Be open to receiving the good things that life has coming to you! & most importantly, enjoy the ride! Even if you’re not where you want to be personally, or financially.
