My family is fun, adventurous, and full of life. Downside is they’re all so good looking, they makes me look like a red coconut head.

What’s your family doing to your appearance? Better or worse?

May is my birth month and I want to celebrate it with you!

Through May 31st, I am gifting you $25 off your 90 minute holistic movement assessment (in person OR virtual).

That’s a 90 minute individualized assessment for only $100.

In your 90 minute customized session, I observe your breathing mechanics, perform a gait analysis and check your functional strength and mobility.
Those detailed observations provide me with the framework to tailor your subsequent sessions with breathing practices, functional movement, self myofascial release, and restorative postures to restore balance in your physical, mental and emotional body.

As an extra “thank you” I’m also gifting you $50 off your purchase of a 5 pack or more.
That brings your follow up sessions to $85/hr (usually $105)

Both offers expire at midnight on May 31st.

DM me to learn more or head over to my website now (link in bio) to purchase and set up your session now!
**must be redeemed within 3 months of purchase**

Here’s what one of my clients has to say about working with me:

“Having had major back surgery at the time, I began practicing yoga at the advice of my doctor. Jessica’s style of teaching has helped immeasurably. With the combination of her training as a physical therapist and in primal vinyasa, it's the perfect hybrid of restorative and physical yoga. The challenge of unique positions and extremely engaging and skilled teaching, Jess has carved a new niche in the space that works for everyone from beginners to the expert. All I can say is she is just a fantastic teacher and I would not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. A true gem in our community!!” J.C

I am so honored, blessed and grateful to do what I LOVE to do everyday and it wouldn’t be possible without your support!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. 🙏🏾

This is my home office.

And if you couldn’t tell by my cheesin face, I’m petty pumped about it.

Join me for online classes @yogaunion :

——FRIDAYs——at 3 pm (EST) for “FLOW”, an all levels slow-moderate paced vinyasa flow and as of today:

——SUNDAYs—— at 2 pm (EST) for “UNITY FLOW”: 1/2 vinyasa flow and 1/2 restorative for 60 min of 🤤

@yogaunion is the home studio of @primalvinyasa where I did my most recent yoga and holistic movement training.

Based in Portland OR; I did my 200 hr training via Zoom before Zoom was even a thing so you could say that I’m sort of a pro at this by now (but not really)🙈

While the brick and mortar sadly no longer remains, the online community @yogaunion is going strong and I am so blessed to have been welcomed into such a warm and inviting community of teachers and students.

Membership for unlimited classes is $25/mo and you can sign up in their bio.

DM me if you’d like more information on classes and I look forward to welcoming you into my home every Friday and Sunday.

“Finding yourself is not really how it works. You are not a $10 bill in last winter’s coat pocket.

You are also not lost.

Your true self is right there, buried under cultural conditioning, other peoples opinions and inaccurate conclusions you drew as a kid that became your beliefs about who you are.

“Finding yourself” is actually returning to yourself.

An unlearning, and excavation, a remembering who you were before the world got his hands on you.”
-Anon

I thought I had to work a 9-5, 40+hr/week job to be successful.
I thought I needed to wear make up and weigh 115# to be beautiful.
I thought I needed to go home with the guy at the bar to be desirable.
I thought I needed to always say “yes” to be seen as dependable and a good friend.
I was recently told that I was needy and demanding by my last employers because I had re-negotiated my contract and I ALMOST believed it.

And then I saw the above quote after talking to my coach @nina.petruzzo and I remembered: I am what I say and believe I am and after our last coaching call, the vision and feeling I had was this:

I am multifaceted and brilliant like a diamond.
I am soft and vulnerable like the flesh of a conch.
I am feisty and sharp like the claws of a startled awake feline.
I am grounded and robust like the earth.
I am sensual and emotional like, well, me and I am fucking fire!

Today marks 1 month since I quit my job (again) and I did it because while I am all of the above, I am NOT what someone else thinks of me.

So here’s to unlearning and remembering your way back to you.

You’ve been there all along.

Tag a sister who is as multifaceted as you and needs to hear this too. 💎
