Project Feature: In this serene bedroom, the HearthCabinet Ventless Fireplace isn’t just a design feature; it’s a value-adding architectural investment.

Fireplaces are consistently recognized by real estate professionals as a desirable amenity, increasing both perceived luxury and overall property value. 🔥

Because HearthCabinet Ventless Fireplaces require no chimney, venting, or gas lines, they can be installed in apartments, co-ops, and condos where traditional fireplaces are not possible. This allows homeowners to elevate their space and enhance their property’s market appeal.

We’re deep into a full-gut renovation of a 100+ year-old apartment building in Flushing, NY. Watch as old walls come down and new life takes shape through timber and metal framing. 🔨🛠️👷#ApartmentRenovation #FlushingNY #HistoricBuilding #FullGutRenovation #TimberFraming #MetalFraming #GeneralContractor #BeforeAndAfter #NYCConstruction

We’re delighted to announce @williamsburg_green has now reached over 50% SOLD with more contracts going out this week. Williamsburg Green is a collection of 16 collector item worthy condo units located in prime Williamsburg on the border of Greenpoint NYC.

This is the first passive construction, carbon-neutral residential building with international certifications. The highest quality fixtures and materials from @lagodesign & @gessi_official were used to create this masterpiece. Low utility costs mean low carrying costs, amenities include furnished roof deck, a high tech self-managed parking garage, indoor/outdoor fitness center & a lobby with an art installation from artists and conservation advocates Paolo Albertelli/Mariagrazia Abbaldo.

Come see see what all the fuss is about!
