This might be the best hip workout ever. Try this, because when you unlock your hips, you unlock unmatched speed and explosive power. This is a game changer.

Most athletes got this backwards…

They either skip the warm-up…
or they stretch at the wrong time and kill their performance.

Dynamic first. Static after. That’s how you unlock your body the right way.

Dynamic stretching prepares your nervous system it raises body temperature, activates muscles, and gets you ready to move with speed and power. That’s why every elite athlete uses it before they train or compete.

But here’s what separates average from elite…

Static stretching AFTER your workout is where real gains happen.

That’s when your muscles are warm and more pliable…..meaning you can actually improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and help your body recover faster.

Research shows:
• Static stretching post-workout helps increase long-term flexibility
• It may reduce muscle tightness and soreness (DOMS)
• It helps your body return to baseline and promotes recovery

Skip this step… and you’re leaving mobility, recovery, and longevity on the table.

Train fast. Recover smart. Move better.

If you’re serious about performance, you don’t just work hard…
you finish the right way.

This stretch routine isn’t just about “loosening up”… it’s about unlocking a different level of athlete.

Most athletes skip this part and wonder why they feel tight, slow, and one tweak away from being out the game. Meanwhile, the ones who take stretching serious?
👉 They move cleaner
👉 They hit positions better
👉 They produce MORE force with less effort

When your hamstrings, hips, and joints are actually prepared…
you don’t just run—you glide
you don’t just jump—you explode
you don’t just play—you separate

And let’s be real… injuries don’t just “happen”
They come from bodies that weren’t prepared for the moment.

This is your secret weapon.
The difference between average and dangerous.
The difference between sitting out and standing out.

If you’re serious about leveling up, stop skipping what matters.

@bigshaun313 Thank you for giving me this piece of game…. you’re stretching routine. It’s next level. Can’t wait till we drop our content.
