Showtime Food Park has a new home! ⭐

We’re proud to announce that we’ve partnered with Greenfield Soccer Arena to bring you an even bigger and better Showtime experience!

📍 2675 Summer Ave, Memphis, TN

We’re about 80% finished with the build-out, and if everything stays on schedule, we’ll be opening Saturday, August 1st!

First, we want to sincerely thank everyone who reached out, checked on us, and showed concern about what happened at our previous location. The love and support you’ve shown hasn’t gone unnoticed, and it means more than you know. ❤️

As for what really happened… I’ll tell that story another day. Maybe it’s time for a YouTube video. 👀

For now, we’re focused on giving Memphis the best food truck park experience we’ve ever created.

Our athletes competed hard this past weekend, so this week has been all about slowing things down and giving their bodies what they need to recover. Recovery isn’t taking a day off—it’s part of the training process.

From compression therapy to mobility work and stretching at Prime Drive, we’re helping our athletes recover so they can come back stronger, faster, and ready for the next challenge. The work you put in only matters if your body has time to repair, rebuild, and perform at its best.

🤍🩷💜🩵Recovery is just as important as the work!!!!

Yesterday at Prime Drive, we focused on recovery with ice baths and leg compressions to get our bodies ready for one of the biggest weekends of the season.

The 2026 USATF Region 6 Championships are finally here! Multi-events kicked things off Thursday and Friday, and now it’s time for our runners and field event athletes to compete Saturday and Sunday with one goal in mind… earning a spot at the USATF Junior Olympic Championships.

One thing that makes this weekend even more special is that we don’t have to travel. We’re thankful to be competing close to home, which gives our athletes the opportunity to recover, prepare, and compete at their best without the added stress of being on the road.

The work has been done. The preparation is complete. Now it’s time to trust the process, compete with confidence, and leave everything on the track and in the field.

Let’s go make every opportunity count! 💜🩷🤍🩵

💜🩵 K&B III Track Club 🩵💜

Today we returned to Prime Drive @greenfieldarena @primedrivetraining for our Strength & Conditioning training, and the athletes got back to work! Speed on the track is important, but true development happens when athletes build strength, power, stability, and durability away from the track as well.
🤍Strength and conditioning helps our athletes generate more force, improve running mechanics, reduce the risk of injury, and stay strong through the long summer season. Every rep completed today is another step toward becoming a faster, stronger, and more confident athlete.
🩵We are proud of the effort, focus, and energy our athletes brought to the session. The work they are putting in now will pay off when it matters most.

We don’t just coach athletes—we develop them.
