Full spares are my favorite. 💯

Seasoned with our Smoke Stack, mopped with our Roscoe's Mop Sauce & finished with a touch of our TenneSweet.
•
We'll be slingin' ribs & chicken on Friday from 4-7pm at @thehouseonlang around the corner from our @gentrysbbq_generalstore. Help us celebrate their Grand Opening weekend with a little BBQ and see our new pit, Lulu, in action!

Smoked treats for Halloween. Chicken 'n taters, y'all.

Fired up Lulu, our new 500 gallon girlfriend from @primitivepits, for another test run tonight. I think I'm gonna keep her 'round for a little while! Yardbird seasoned with our Smoke Stack ... #Wow

The 1957 is our smallest #offsetsmoker to date. Featuring a 36” chamber with nearly 3/8” wall makes it pinpoint accurate as a stick burner. Oh and under $2k

“Lean or moist”.... The age old debate. Like why do we have to choose ya know? They’re both great, to make it a little easier on yourself, just say both, everyone wins.

Don’t forget to place your weekend pre orders! And check out our feature in the @texasmonthly Bbq week to check out our featured item!

Just shoot us a direct message through here with your order, name and approximate time.
Don’t risk an early sell out!

Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Made it home safely from Georgia & immediately had to christen Lulu with the only 2 logs I had at the house. I'm in love!

Had the opportunity to tag along on a field trip to the Primitive Pits shop w my buddy Chris Gentry so he could pick up his new pit. Wow! What an impressive operation by mastermind JD. These things are pure precision in handmade art form.

Who knows, maybe I'll add one to my line up 😁
