Couldn’t be more proud to share that @prince55____ 's debut album, “I CANT DO ANYTHING,” is out in the world.

Some of you may know Aidan as my best friend and longtime collaborator, but Aidan has been an artist in his own right for many years, and now there’s a full body of work that feels like the arrival of the artist he’s been becoming all these years.

I’ve had the privilege of watching Aidan etch away at his muse since we were teenagers, watching him fall in love with sounds, experimentation, and songwriting, always following the arrow of his creative intuition until it led him here, to a world that is unmistakably his own.

Watching him build the physical sets and dioramas, making a massive sun head in @cocomendezzz and @nicolekimichik apartments out of papier mâché, El Especialito newspaper, fabric, and chicken wire, It’s incredible to me that as an independent artist, he found a way to capture the scale of his imagination with his own two hands.

One of the most special parts about watching the album unfold was that with every song he shared, I felt like it was his best. Every song on this album feels like it was supposed to belong in the world and im so happy they are all here now for you to experience.

Music recorded, produced, and mixed by this legend, as well as all the art and set design. Seriously so incredibly proud of you. I’m so excited that the world finally gets to meet the artist I’ve had the privilege of knowing for so many years.

And a big shoutout to @cocomendezzz for your brilliant gift of video and photo and for helping bring Aidan’s vision to life.

☀︎ A look into the making of the sincerely music video ☀︎

We shot this video over the course of 2 days and traveled across 4 of the 5 boroughs! From nearly being chased out of Coney Island by security, to finding the perfect light in a Best Buy parking lot, we realized any location could be compelling if you’re willing to look at things differently and take the risk.

You don’t need a big budget or a huge crew to make something special. You just need a great idea, and even better friends. We knew we wanted to challenge ourselves and push the creative as much as we could. We literally went on a hunt for anything remotely orange, and played as much as we could with fun framing and the positioning of the camera. Hope you guys enjoy :)
