Centennial High School’s special homecoming tradition is back!

Join us for Knights Rising, where Centennial seniors (Class of 2027) walk onto the football field alongside our Hillside kindergarteners (Class of 2039)!

It’s a memorable way to celebrate the journey from kindergarten to graduation and give our youngest Huskies a glimpse of their future as Centennial Knights!

Today, we celebrated 30 incredible years of River Eves Elementary—and what makes this school so special: our people and our community. 💙💚
We loved hearing students share what River Eves means to them, reflecting on the memories and experiences that make their time here so meaningful. ✨
Celebrations like this remind us that a school is so much more than a building. It’s generations of students, dedicated teachers and staff, supportive families, and community partners coming together to make River Eves a special place to learn, grow, and soar. 🦅
A HUGE thank you to our devoted business partners for helping make today’s celebration extra special:
Mount Pisgah Church — thank you for providing coffee and refreshments for our celebration!
True Plumbing — thank you for donating a bucket for our 30th Anniversary Time Capsule! We can’t wait to see what future Eagles discover years from now. 💙
Thank you to Centennial High School @chsknightsjrotc and @chsdummajors for participating in our ceremony.
Here’s to 30 years of memories, community, and Eagles soaring together—and to many more to come! 🦅🎉
Happy 30th Anniversary, River Eves!

Centennial Football is excited to announce a new community honor, The Fortress Champion. The Fortress Champion recognizes a member of our community who demonstrates leadership, character, and a commitment to making our community stronger. Friday’s inaugural Fortress Champion was Zone 5 Superintendent Dr. Angela Parham. We are proud to recognize individuals who embody the standard we hope our student-athletes will carry with them both on and off the field. Thank you Angela for setting that standard. #goknights
