It's #WorkingWednesday! Priyanka Joseph is a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering student who had a co-op with L'Oréal. They shared: "I lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across the facility, collaborating with both salaried and hourly personnel. 🌻Grateful to have recently attended the 4th Annual @rarebeauty Mental Health Summit🍹

Getting surprised by @selenagomez was definitely crazy and added to such a memorable event! 💌

It was incredible getting to connect with more of Rare’s community members, partners, and fellow ambassadors from my cohort and previous years!✨I did a lot of reflection from the stories and conversations shared by various advocates. Especially from some advice and points made by @dr.thema and @jayshetty 🙌🏼

For the past half-year I’ve been a Rare Impact College Ambassador, alongside 24 more across the country. I was lucky to be teamed up with @libby_horak @trace_terrell_ @prinkyyyyy and aya, where we collaborated with partner organizations like the @jedfoundation, nonprofits, and experts to destigmatize mental health, foster community, and amplify philanthropic efforts.

Huge thanks again @anijahlezama and to the @rarebeauty Impact Team for letting me be a part of this community! 💚💐

I am so grateful to have been a part of Kode with Klossy’s Data Science camp in NYC this summer! I got to meet supermodel and icon Karlie Kloss 😍, meet mentors and interns at Bloomberg, and join a community of empowering women in STEM!

Thank you to @karliekloss for inspiring young girls like me to enter STEM fields, @kodewithklossy for the opportunity to join such an incredible community of young women, and @prinkyyyyy, my built-in best friend and older sister for introducing me to Kode With Klossy and encouraging me to apply!
