The artists and set designers on @rjdeckerabc have out done themselves with the trailer park. The detail. The kitsch. Had so much fun exploring this piece of the set. And of course, I had to peek inside the wood paneled Wagoneer. #rjdecker #wishyouweremine #privateinvestigator #wilmingtonnc 🦩

Every founder starts before they feel ready.
You begin with an idea you cannot ignore—a problem worth solving and a future only you can see.
Then reality arrives: uncertainty, limited resources, difficult conversations, and the persistent question, “Am I ready for this?”
But every step builds more than the business.
Your first customer teaches you.
Your first setback strengthens you.
The right mentor challenges you.
Eventually, you stop waiting to become an entrepreneur and realize you already are one.
Your business is not the only thing being built. You are, too.
So take the next brave step: test the idea, make the call, share the offer, or ask for help. You do not need the entire map. You only need the courage to begin.
What chapter of your founder journey are you in right now?
