A little rain couldn’t wash away the magic of Indie Flea ☔️💖 A big, heartfelt THANK YOU to our incredible vendors who showed up, made the best of the weather, and brought so much creativity and good energy to the park and to every customer who braved the drizzle to shop small and show our community some love. We’re so grateful for each and every one of you! Even with rain, we had the best time spending the day together, and we’re already counting down until we get to do it all again in November. ✨ This time, we’re calling in sparkling sunshine, beautiful weather, and another unforgettable day with our Indie Flea family. 🌞🏁 Thank you for being part of 14 years of Indie Flea. We couldn’t do it without you. See you in November! 💌 November @stpetefl Flea 📍 Campbell Park

First 50 pre-orders get swag:bit.ly/nobrats! 🕺💜 Note: To avoid shipping costs, people in Tampa Bay can also pre-order through the contact form on this website or CongratsNoBrats[at]gmail[dot]com Description: Kids! Some people have them. Others don't. Both are valid options, but we peacefully sat in a diner and decided to write some jokey poems to celebrate those of us who won't have children to take care of us as death approaches. Parents get whole holidays dedicated to them, so let us child-free at least have this book. Disclaimer: Parents can buy this book, too, and should as allies. We wrote this for anyone with a (somewhat dark) sense of humor…and want to laugh before the cats eat our faces. Edition Size: 300 Printer: @omadarlin of @printstpete Process: Risograph, 52-pages, 4-Color (black, fluorescent pink, teal, yellow) 🕺📚🖨️💜🖨️📚🕺 #risograph #humorbooks #printmakersofinstagram #stpetersburgflorida

These two braved me teaching my first four hour block printing class and they slayed the day! Sooo impressed with their multi layered prints!! What was supposed to be a three student workshop turned into a two person workshop which meant lots of one on one time and lots of gabbin! This was my first and last workshop at @printstpete for October but I’ll be popping back in to teach in November!

We’re counting down to the Print Party at the Preserve by putting the spotlight on our incredible VIPs “Very Inky Printmakers”! Over the next few weeks, we’ll be introducing you to the local print artists who will be offering free demos and activities. Be sure to follow them to see more about their work and what they’re bringing to the PRINT PARTY💥 FIRST UP 👀 Ry Mccullough of Standard Action Press! @rymcculloughstudio is an artist, printmaker, and educator, teaching in the Department of Art + Design at University of Tampa. At the Print Party, Ry will be demonstrating puzzle block relief printing! Puzzle block printmaking (also called jigsaw printmaking) is a technique where an artist carves a single block of linoleum or wood, cuts it apart into separate interlocking pieces, inks each piece with a different color, and reassembles them like a puzzle to print a multi-colored image in a single pass. See this magic in action, and much more on Saturday, November, 14th from 11:00am to 4:00pm! 📍 Boyd Hill Nature Preserve 🎟️ Free & family-friendly The PRINT PARTY AT THE PRESERVE is a free, one-day celebration of all things print. Presented by @printstpete @stpeteparksrec and @friendsofboydhill with grant support from @creativepinellas and @visitspc For more information about “Art Everywhere”, follow Creative Pinellas and Visit St. Pete Clearwater. 📸: @becktastic at the 2024 inaugural Print Party at the Preserve 🖨️ design by @hiheididesign
