Took 2nd place this morning in the divisional championship for CCSD. Cross Country is not exactly my specialty, but I like running and wanted to step outside my comfort zone. Happy with my race performance on such a tough course. Today’s event also helped earn Mannion middle school some very cool silver trophies for the boys and girls team.

I’m happy to get another victory this afternoon. The competition is getting tough. I raced my friend Jameson, and had to really dig deep for my first place finish. Thankfully my win helped secure our school’s overall team win.

I brought my water wings to the lake today. It’s fun to practice dives, and of course cannonballs off the boat. Boulder City / Henderson (BCH) is an awesome place to live.

Great week! Grateful to make the weekly top 10 performances in the nation for my 50 Fly. Maverick got more Star Wars Legos. Won all my races in my Intrasquad swim meet with all new personal best times. My dad had a race in Utah. Mila had a flag football game. And the Las Vegas Raiders are officially 3-0 this season.

Fun day! My little brother turned 5 years old and we were racing in the Desert Invitational swim meet. Mila and I both had some really big drops in time. Happy with the results and happy to celebrate Maverick’s birthday!

The 2026 summer Age Group Championships are in the books. A big shout out to RAA swim team for hosting here in Riverside. I want to thank my coach, Justin Thornley, and all my BCH teammates for helping me achieve my results over these last 4 days. And even want to thank my friends for pushing me to go faster!

Up in north Scottsdale visiting good friends and riding all around our property. Mila and I can do this every day of the week. Check out my ATV donuts video. 🍩 🍩 🍩

Just finished a 4-day ASU swim camp with my new friends. I met head coach Herbie and other assistant coaches like Daniel, Jack and Alex who took videos of me swimming under water to help improve all my techniques. Spending the rest of the time at our awesome hotel in Phoenix. This cool resort has 7 pools, waterfalls, and even a water slide. Good times!

Uzun sürüşlerde SPF yenilemeyi unutmuyorum. Shiseido Clear Sunscreen Stick SPF50+, kompakt boyutu sayesinde her zaman bisiklet cebimde. Şeffaf yapısıyla saniyeler içinde uygulanıyor; beyaz iz bırakmadan yüz ve vücutta korumayı tazelemeyi kolaylaştırıyor.

Aktif günlerde, hareket halindeyken SPF yenilemenin en pratik yolu. 💙
