No busco perfección.

Stop putting me in one box.

I’m not just yoga.
I’m not just a DJ.
I’m not just music.

I train my body.
I study my craft.
I build my vision.

I’m integration.
I’m discipline.
I’m expansion.

And I refuse to shrink myself to fit one label.

This Thursday I’m bringing all of this into one space.

Trance Dance
7PM – Edgewater

Most people don’t realize how much they’re holding inside their body.

Stress. Emotion. Energy that was never released.

TRANCE DANCE is not a class.
It’s a guided experience where movement, music and presence allow your body to reconnect with its natural state of freedom.

No choreography.
No performance.
Just you, the music, and the space to release.

March 5th, 2026
Atmananda International · Edgewater, NJ

Limited capacity.

This is what we do here. An 8 a.m. teacher training session, followed by the Atmananda Yoga Sequence with Jhon, wrapped up in a bond of instant sisterhood that radiates care and humility. In our studio, there are no comparisons and no judgments—only selflessness, support, and uplifting energy between women.

@priscilla_enith 🫶🏼🙏🏼 thank you for making me feel your genuine energy

We brought a little Halloween magic into our yoga practice today 🎃🧘🏻‍♀️
Between laughter, movement, and sisterhood, we realized that yoga is also about celebrating creativity and connection ✨
So much fun with my Atmananda girls — can’t wait for the next one! 💫
