If we start them off early, then later it won’t feel like a chore when it comes to reading. 📖📚✨•

Taren really enjoys reading! She even has her faves that she like for us to read 6-8 times back to back and she is just as excited the 6 or 8th time as she was the first 🤗. She’s able to repeat words, points to words (because that’s what she sees us do 😂), identify a few shapes from her shapes book (but she says: KURK-OLe [CIRCLE ⭕️] the most 😂), and when we read her a book that we once acted out and we don’t act it, she waits and stares at us until we act it out 😂🤦🏽‍♀️🙄 (Ok, Taren... I’ll kick my legs. Now, can I turn the page? Lol) We try to make reading as fun as possible and we like to read at least 3-4 different books per day and especially the ones she picks out and brings to us (her faves). I’m such a busy body now and Mommy and Daddy get such a good work out with me being on the move all the time. •I’m teething and now have 6 teeth total •I love climbing the stairs •I love jumping on the trampoline •I can blow kisses • I like singing and talking to my stuffed animals •I share(feed) my snacks with other babies at Gymboree • I’m walking slowly but always drop and crawl once I realize what I’m doing • I love to feed myself • Bottles are a thing of the past because I love my sippie cup so much • I like helping others!
